1.1 - Cold Weather:

In Libya, daytime temperatures are often quite mild in late autumn.
The days are often misty and cloudy. Soon, winter arrives, with heavy
rain and snow. Winter is the coldest season in Libya. Spring is warmer
than winter, but it can be cool too.

NOTE: Weather refers to short-term atmospheric conditions while climate is
the weather of a specific region averaged over a long period of time.
