5A.M.​ I​ ​ w​ ake​ ​up​ e​ arly​ b​ ecause​ ​today​ ​is​ ​the​ d​ ay​ i​ ​ g​ et​ a​ ll​ ​of​ ​my​ s​ hopping​ f​ or​ ​christmas
done.​ I​ ​ h​ ave​ t​ he​ ​lists​ ​from​ ​my​ ​kids​ ​and​ h​ usband.​ I​ ​ h​ ave​ a​ lso​ ​saved​ o​ ver​ 1​ ,000​ ​dollars​ ​for​ s​ tuff
that​ ​i​ ​want.​ ​I​ ​get​ ​ready​ d​ o​ ​everything​ ​and​ i​ ​ r​ ush​ ​to​ g​ o​ t​ o​ ​macy's​ ​i​ h​ ear​ ​that​ ​almost​ e​ verything​ ​in
the​ ​store​ ​is​ ​50​ ​percent​ o​ ff​ ​so​ i​ ​ ​want​ t​ o​ ​get​ t​ here​ f​ ast.

6A.M​ ​i​ g​ et​ t​ o​ m​ acy's​ ​right​ a​ s​ ​they​ ​open​ ​and​ i​ mmediately​ t​ here​ i​ s​ ​a​ ​mob​ ​of​ p​ eople​ r​ eady
to​ g​ o​ b​ uy​ ​everything​ ​in​ ​the​ s​ tore.​ ​I​ d​ on't​ e​ ven​ g​ rab​ ​a​ c​ art​ ​i​ ​just​ ​run​ o​ ff​ ​to​ g​ et​ ​clothes​ f​ or​ m​ y​ k​ ids.
I​ p​ ull​ ​everything​ ​off​ t​ he​ ​shelf​ ​because​ i​ ​ ​can​ ​always​ ​put​ s​ tuff​ b​ ack.​ ​By​ ​now​ ​there​ ​is​ ​a​ t​ on​ ​of
people​ a​ rguing​ ​with​ ​each​ o​ ther​ ​about​ w​ hat​ ​is​ ​theres.​ ​I​ t​ hen​ r​ un​ ​off​ ​the​ ​get​ m​ y​ h​ usband​ s​ ome
clothes​ a​ nd​ ​i​ d​ on't​ ​see​ ​anything.​ ​I​ ​don't​ c​ are​ ​and​ r​ ush​ ​to​ ​pay.​ ​I​ ​have​ ​cash​ ​today​ ​and​ ​i​ ​specific
amounts​ b​ ecause​ ​it​ ​is​ ​faster​ t​ han​ ​a​ c​ redit​ ​card.​ ​I​ p​ ay​ a​ nd​ i​ 'm​ ​out​ o​ f​ ​there​ i​ n​ ​just​ ​30​ m​ inutes

there​ a​ ​ l​ ot​ i​ ​ k​ now​ ​where​ ​everything​ i​ s​ t​ he​ o​ nly​ ​problem​ ​is​ t​ he​ p​ lace​ ​is​ c​ rowded​ ​i​ r​ un​ ​to​ ​get
everything​ ​but​ t​ here​ ​a​ l​ ot​ ​of​ p​ eople​ w​ ho​ ​are​ ​being​ ​jerks​ a​ nd​ j​ ust​ ​standing​ t​ here​ ​looking​ a​ t
games.​ ​I​ s​ top​ t​ hem​ ​and​ g​ et​ ​in​ ​front​ o​ f​ t​ hem​ ​and​ ​grab​ t​ he​ g​ ames​ ​my​ k​ ids​ w​ anted.​ I​ ​ ​also​ ​then​ ​run
to​ g​ rab​ a​ ​ ​new​ c​ onsole​ f​ or​ ​them​ ​because​ i​ t's​ ​only​ 1​ 00​ ​dollars.​ ​The​ ​deals​ h​ ere​ a​ re​ ​not​ a​ s​ g​ reat​ a​ s
some​ o​ ther​ p​ laces​ b​ ut​ i​ ​ ​wait​ ​in​ ​line​ ​for​ 3​ 0​ m​ inutes​ a​ nd​ b​ ut​ e​ verything.

go​ ​to​ g​ et​ s​ ome​ ​wireless​ b​ ose​ ​earbuds.​ ​I​ s​ ee​ ​that​ t​ hey​ a​ re​ o​ n​ s​ ale​ ​for​ 1​ 25​ ​dollars​ ​50​ ​percent​ ​off.
I​ g​ rab​ ​2​ p​ airs​ f​ or​ ​my​ ​kids​ a​ nd​ t​ hen​ ​i​ ​go​ a​ nd​ g​ o​ ​to​ t​ he​ ​toy​ ​section.​ ​I​ b​ uy​ t​ hem​ ​nerf​ g​ uns​ s​ o​ t​ hey

checkout​ l​ ine​ ​because​ n​ obody​ h​ as​ ​less​ t​ han​ ​15​ i​ tems​ i​ ​ p​ ay​ a​ nd​ r​ un​ t​ o​ m​ y​ ​car​ b​ ut​ ​someone​ ​trips
me​ a​ nd​ a​ ​ ​car​ ​almost​ ​hits​ m​ e.

i​ ​walk​ a​ round​ ​and​ ​probably​ ​pick​ ​up​ a​ bout​ 2​ 0​ ​books​ f​ or​ m​ e.​ ​I​ ​go​ ​to​ c​ heck​ ​out​ ​but​ ​then​ ​i​ s​ ee​ t​ hat
there​ c​ ash​ r​ egisters​ a​ re​ ​down​ ​and​ ​thats​ w​ hy​ i​ ts​ ​dead.​ ​I​ ​knew​ t​ hat​ ​i​ h​ ad​ m​ oney​ s​ o​ ​i​ ​went​ ​to​ ​pay.
I​ ​went​ ​back​ t​ o​ m​ y​ c​ ar​ b​ ut​ t​ hen​ ​a​ ​swarm​ ​of​ p​ eople​ c​ ome​ ​in​ a​ nd​ ​it​ w​ as​ ​a​ ​nightmare​ g​ etting​ ​out.

every​ l​ ine.​ I​ ​ ​don't​ ​know​ w​ hat​ ​to​ d​ o​ ​so​ i​ ​ j​ ust​ ​casually​ ​walk​ t​ o​ t​ he​ ​aisle​ ​i​ w​ ant​ ​to​ ​go​ t​ o​ a​ nd​ t​ hen
break​ i​ nto​ ​a​ ​full​ ​on​ s​ print​ ​because​ ​me​ ​and​ a​ nother​ ​mom​ ​saw​ ​the​ s​ ame​ t​ hing​ ​and​ ​there​ i​ s​ o​ nly
one​ l​ eft.​ I​ ​ r​ un​ a​ nd​ j​ ump​ a​ t​ ​the​ ​last​ s​ econd​ t​ o​ g​ et​ ​it.​ ​Once​ ​i​ g​ et​ i​ t​ s​ he​ s​ hoves​ m​ e​ ​down​ a​ nd​ i​ ​ g​ et
back​ u​ p​ a​ nd​ s​ hove​ h​ er​ d​ own​ ​and​ ​then​ r​ un​ ​to​ g​ et​ i​ nto​ ​line.​ T​ hey​ ​just​ ​opened​ a​ ​ ​cash​ ​only​ l​ ine​ a​ nd
i​ ​rushed​ t​ o​ ​get​ ​there​ ​and​ g​ ot​ ​my​ ​thing​ ​and​ ​ran​ ​out.

and​ w​ ith​ ​the​ ​remaining​ m​ oney​ i​ ​ ​got​ ​my​ h​ usband​ a​ ​ ​new​ w​ ork​ c​ omputer​ ​which​ ​was​ ​1000​ ​dollars
but​ ​was​ ​marked​ ​down.i​ b​ uy​ t​ he​ ​computer​ a​ nd​ ​go​ ​into​ ​my​ ​car​ ​and​ t​ hen​ ​go​ ​home​ ​but​ t​ he​ d​ ay​ ​isn't
over​ y​ et​ ​i​ s​ till​ ​have​ m​ oney​ ​over​ ​yet​ ​i​ ​still​ ​have​ m​ oney.

won't​ s​ leep​ u​ ntil​ i​ t's​ ​over.

so​ i​ ​ ​just​ ​smiled​ ​and​ ​relaxed​ k​ nowing​ t​ hat​ ​everything​ ​to​ d​ o​ w​ ith​ b​ lack​ f​ riday​ ​is​ ​done.
