Re-Focusing Rwanda’s Tourism Priority
Rwanda is the country that has set its priority in
tourism and services. As well as most Africa coun-
tries are heavily investing in manufacturing, Rwanda
remains reluctant to this. As a nation, Rwanda has
decided to emerge as service provider and tourism
based. This has been reflected in heavy investment in
these sectors.
Courses like tourism have been encouraged at as an
early stage as possible. Internet has been connected all
over the country and the prices dropped. As well as
other countries are adding taxes on social media, in
Rwanda, the Government is nogantiating with Inter-
net service providers to lower their costs on Internet
bundles. Free Internet is enjoyed in public vehicles
especially Kigali while all people near schools enjoy
cable free Internet. The community is allowed to ac-
cess this service for free.
Efforts to improve services provided locally have been
experienced as we see a lot of trainings and sensi-
tization to the owners and workers of hotels, guest
houses and lodges. The road networks and safety
pro-cautions all indicate that Rwanda has prioritized
in Service provision.

Alarmed you became

Fearing that God may take me

Reaching places through books
To me reaching for a book is like reaching for places
both future and present. Books take me to the past
and take me to the present. That is why even when my
height deny me a chance to pick a book of my choice, I
will stretch and get it.
I find books as vehicles to the past or to the present.
Reading books of history have taken me to the past
and great lessons of my ancestor’s success and failures
and this knowledge continues to shape my thinking
and my actions.
I found great insights into the future through reading
creative fictious books. These books pull me to the
future and stretches my imagination into the world yet
to come and this has enabled me creative travel into
the future.
The way I run to the dinning hall to have my physical
food, is the same way I run to the libray. My physical
food leads to my physical growth while books lead to
the growth of my mental capacity. I have never been

Stepping Up For Success
I have tried to work a lone in
many areas of my life but I have
found out that the most effec-
tive work I have accomplished,
I have been with a mastermind
group. I don’t know whether
there is magic in working as a
team or there is some godliness
in working together.
The lessons i have understood
are the kind of lessons I have
learnt with others and group
discussions have proven to me
to be more useful. Listening
what other leaners have to saay
has enabled me be more ac-
tive. Since he or she is a fellow
leaarner I have no fear of ex-
pressing my own set of think-
ing.
I would preffer teachers to only
teach us through small groups
instead of a whole class. In this
way, I would be able to learn
more easily and quickly. I think
I share this thought with many
students and I think in future,
we shall be enjoying learning
as educators devise more ways
of teaching through groups
and find more ways of making
groups more productive.

I Look At You
To you my lovely one,
wherever you will go, my eyes will
be set upon you. Though you will not
see me, I will be seeing you. I will walk in
your shadows and circulate in the air you
breath.
The world of tools
Which tools are you using? The work is
made easy with the tools you are using and
the world continues to be made a better
place with the use of tools. Imagine the
world without tools? Let us first imagine
how the world of culcurations would be
without calculators. See how the world
would be without a computer? Pangas,
hoes, spades, spoons, knives changed the
way work is made in ancient homes and
variouus tools are being made every day.
Every work you try to do, there must be
tools that must have been creted to make
it easy and produce more accurate results.
Invest your time in discovering the best
tools to use to make your work easy and if
you can’t find the suitable tools for the kind
of work your are doing or intend to do, you
can invest your time and money to develop
them. This is the best way to live because it
makes your work very easy and simple. It is
also better for students to develop tools to
help you better organise your work.

Things you learn in sports
They say studying witout playing
makes Tom a dull boy. True, for every
young person hoping to develop his/
her mental focaulties must involve
himself/herself in sports to make his
or her body fresh.
After a long day of studying, the body
grows fatigue and the mind becomes
dull, the solution is to put on sports
ware and hit the pitch.
Thank Allah, here at ESIR we enjoy
the sports and our favorate is bas-
ketball. Every evening boys and girls
hit the pitch either to play or support
those playing. While we are playing
basket ball, some students like the
dancers and fashion artists and mod-
els are busy training in their training
rooms. This way, we burn our brain
cells in creativity. We look upto to
sports as another form of learning
and it is through sports that we make
new friends and strenghten our rela-
tionships as students. Sports are also
forms of learning such as team work
and the spirit of sacrifice are only
developed through sports.
I love it when I hit the pitch or sit and
see dancers making their strokes.

The Easiest Way To Learn
One wise man said that the easiest way
to learn is to teach. Teaching your fel-
low students is the easiest way to learn.
I have found out that the students who
teach their fellow students understand
the subject better.
Helping fellow students to understand
what they didn’t understand will help
more the ones who are helping than the
ones being helped.
Most people have become better by
helping others. All master teachers have
stated it that the easiest way to get to
the top is by helping others. This also
works in all walks of life. Through help-
ing others, you help yourself.
Standing out for others is one way to
widen your scope of influence through
widening level of understanding other
peoples’ needs and ailments.
The art of success is in learning to
forget yourself and putting others first.
This is on of the hardest things that
most human beings can do and this is
why most of the people are poor and
miserable because they are only ab-
sorbed in themselves that they don’t get
a chance to see things in their better
perspective.
The highest function of life is the desire
