Er definiert alle umwelttechnischen Anforderungen entlang der gesamten textilen Produktionskette sowie die Sozialkriterien für die Betriebe. Auch HALFAR® selbst ist nach GOTS auditiert. GOTS LIEFERKETTEN Wir nutzen Baumwolle, die nach bestimmten Standards zertifiziert ist. So gibt das Standard 100 by OEKOTEX® Siegel Sicherheit für schadstoffgeprüfte Textilien. Das Fairtrade®-Cotton Siegel zeichnet fair angebaute und gehandelte Baumwolle aus. Und nicht zuletzt sind 100% unserer Bio-BaumwollProdukte nach GOTS produziert. Wir sind immer auf der Suche nach Alternativen, die noch nachhaltiger sind, etwa Recycelmaterialien wie rPET. Sie helfen, Ressourcen zu sparen. GOTS SUPPLY CHAINS We are always looking for alternatives that are even more sustainable, such as recycled materials like rPET. They help to save resources. We use the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) to which we have been certified since 2021. We use cotton that is certified in accordance with certain standards. The Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® seal provides security for textiles that have been tested for harmful substances. The Fairtrade® Cotton seal distinguishes fairly grown and traded cotton. RECYCLED PET 015 Als unsere Designerin mal wieder mit ihrem Kühlshopper BASKET einkaufen war, kam ihr plötzlich eine Idee. Wäre er für manches nicht ohne den starren Alurahmen viel praktischer – etwa, um ihn auf Events noch flexibler nutzen zu können? Und wäre es nicht auch noch nachhaltiger? Gesagt, getan. Mit dem SOFTBASKET haben wir nun eine Alternative im Programm, die ohne Alurahmen auskommt. Formschön, recycelt und in vielen Farben verfügbar. Wir wissen, dass jedes Produkt die Umwelt belastet und für CO₂-Emissionen verantwortlich ist – sei es auch noch so optimiert. Deshalb gleichen wir Emissionen aus, die wir nicht vermeiden können.
