130 g OF ALUMINIUM
OVER 110 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

It all starts with a simple puck, one solid piece of 130 g pure aluminium, which is processed in our production facilities in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. Though it
sounds quite easy, 600 tons of pressure is needed to obtain the flowing consistency of the disk. It takes 26 additional steps to finally obtain the bottle’s distinctive
shape. After a thorough cleaning, the unique inner-coating is injected and baked. Now the bright base colour is applied and another original SIGG bottle is
ready to get it‘s design printed.

every occasion. Made for people who are always on the move: We offer vacuum-insulated bottles in four sizes and three variations. The sizes 0.3 L and 0.5 L with the
classic top and removable tea filter made of stainless steel or with the easy-to-use ONE top: carry, open, drink, close, all with one hand. The closure is easily split
into two parts for cleaning, the drinking lip can be adapted for the left and right-handed. The sizes 0.5 L, 0.75 L, and 1.0 L are equipped with a cup. All bottles are double-

The Gemstone Collection is made of double-walled stainless steel which keeps the content hot or cold for a long time. The flasks have an ultra-thin inner body made
using a special spinning technology, so they weigh 30% less. Thanks to high-precision welding, the vacuum gap inside the bottle has been reduced to a minimum.
This results in a smaller bottle size compared to standard bottles with identical volume. The Explorer stainless steel single-wall drinking bottles are both stylish and
robust. The closure has an extra-large opening and they can be carried comfortably, attaching to bags and backpacks. Their large opening allows them to be filled
easily with drinks and ice cubes, and also makes cleaning very easy.
