Thermostatic Faucet Kit: The thermostatic valve and
anti-scalding feature automatically mixes the hot and
cold water to deliver the preset water temperature. In
the event of cold water failure, the anti-scalding feature
shuts off the flow of hot water. Flow rate: 14-3gpm on
3/4” lines

These faucets are designed to be especially
compatible with our Walk-In Tub assortment
found on pages 84-90, however this faucet is
appropriate for nearly any faucet need where
water temperature safety is a consideration.

SHOWER DRAIN

Brass Shower Drain Kit:
This Brass shower drain mounts to Jetta's acrylic
shower bases. The drain plumbs with 2 inch ABS or PVC
pipe, secured by a rubber gasket driven in place using
a special tool which is included. Body is a cast brass
shower drain, with a solid brass or stainless steel grate.
Uses a crimp-down, no-caulk rubber swedge. Drain rim
is fully covered by grate.

This shower drain, when installed in the CARTER
models of Jetta Shower bases will be concealed by
the integrated linear drain cover, however it is also
compatible with the Sullivan Shower Base without the
drain cover.

Shipments and Receiving of Products
Please inspect products carefully upon receipt, if damage is identified please contact Jetta warranty within 7 business days of
receipt at (800) 288-7771 or through your Partner Portal at jettacorp.com. Jetta may request digital photos of the damage; photos
can be sent directly to Jetta Warranty at [email protected].

All shipments and freight policies shall be defined as deliveries to the primary customer warehouse. Shipments to alternate
destinations require the pre-approval from Jetta.

Most Jetta products will ship in 7 to 10 business days after receipt of a complete order*
• Most soaker tubs will ship in 7 days
• Most standard whirlpool tubs will ship in 10 days
• Add 5 days for air tubs, air/whirlpool combination tubs, walk-in tubs, non-standard colors and tubs with non-standard options

A complete order has all tub specifications and pricing completed and can be released to production. Published lead times do not
apply to truckload deliveries. Shipment will be determined based on truck schedule and may differ from the Jetta published lead times

Jetta Express Program – When you need your tub ASAP – GUARANTEED

The Jetta Express program pushes your Express Tub to the top of the production list so that it is in the first group of orders our
manufacturing plant starts through our production facility the day after we acknowledge your order. Your Jetta Express tub
gets VIP visibility throughout the manufacturing process to ensure it ships to you as fast as possible.

Express your tub and we guarantee it will ship in 5 business days for soakers, 7 days for whirlpools and 9 days for air,
air/whirlpool combinations, and tubs with non- standard options (some exclusions may apply). Jetta Express fee: $100 per tub

Terms and Conditions of Jetta Express Program
The Jetta Express fee does not include the freight to deliver your product. Standard freight charges apply. The Express program applies to white
and biscuit tubs. Bone color tubs and walk-in tubs cannot be expressed. See cancellation policy for restrictions on Express Tubs. If Jetta fails to
meet the shipment window guarantee we will reimburse the $100 fee and credit you an additional $50!

PRODUCT CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Many Jetta products are built to order and start the manufacturing process within 48 hours of the order acknowledgment. This allows
each customer the option to choose the bathtub configuration that meets their personal needs and tastes. For us to maintain this high
level of flexibility we have the following policies in place regarding returns and cancellations.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

A product order can be canceled or changed at no charge within 48 hours of the transmission of the order acknowledgment. Any
change or cancellation after 48 hours is subject to the fees below.
The 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply to Jetta Express Tubs. Once the order acknowledgment has been sent for a Jetta
Express tub, our cancellation fees will apply.

RETURNS

All product returns require a return goods authorization (RGA) from Jetta and are subject to re-stocking fees as outlined below plus the
cost of freight to return the product to Edmond, Oklahoma. A qualifying product can be returned up to 90 days after it has been
shipped provided it is in like new condition, and has not been altered, modified, or previously installed. It is the responsibility of the party
returning the product to package it appropriately for shipping to not incur damage. Freight damage incurred returning a product is
not the responsibility of Jetta and credit will not be provided for product that arrives damaged.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN FEES

o Standard soaker tubs and whirlpool tubs (excludes walk-in tubs) o Tubs with non-standard options added* - 50% of the
 WHITE: 25% of the purchase price purchase price
 BISCUIT: 35% of the purchase price

o All Walk-In Tubs – 50% of the purchase price

o - Air tubs and air/whirlpool combination tubs – 50% of the

purchase price o Special color (bone) are not eligible for return or

cancellation.

*Non-standard options include but not limited to custom therapy packages, special jet kits, grab bars, lights, aromatherapy, in-line heaters, non-

standard pump sizes/location, non-standard controls, non-standard lip height, and ABS tile flanges.

INTERNET MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (IMAP) POLICY

Jetta supports and encourages online advertising and promotion of Jetta products by our distributors and dealers. This policy details
acceptable online practices to ensure that the sales and marketing efforts of all of our valued distributors and dealers are respected.

This policy applies to all products produced and sold by Jetta Corporation.
• The minimum advertised price for Jetta distributors and dealers on the Internet shall be 25% off the Manufacturer’s List Price (MLP) as

established by Jetta Corporation.
• This policy applies only to advertised prices and does not affect the Jetta distributor or dealer’s right to set sell prices in their

respective markets.
• This policy does not establish maximum advertised prices. Distributors and dealers may advertise Jetta bathtub products at prices

higher than MLP.
• Jetta reserves the right to adjust or change MLP pricing on any bathtub model at its sole discretion
• From time to time, Jetta may discontinue or phase out bathtub models or engage in promotions on certain products. In such event,

Jetta reserves the right to modify or suspend this IMAP policy with respect to the affected models by notifying distributors and
dealers of such a change.
• Any distributors and dealers who violate this policy will have 24 hours after notification by Jetta to bring their advertising into
compliance or Jetta may, at its discretion, discontinue supplying product to the distributor or dealer.
• Internet sales and marketing activities are intended for application in the distributors and dealers primary trade area. Jetta reserves
the right to refuse drop shipment of sold products into markets with established Jetta distribution.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

PRODUCT DIMENSIONS AND DESIGN
• While every effort will be made to produce products exactly as detailed in product specification documents some manufacturing

variation is common and production tolerances can be +/- 1/2”.
• Minor product design elements are subject to change without notice. Major changes that significantly alter a product’s

appearance or application will be communicated through a Jetta email.

CONSTRUCTION CODES
• Given the wide variation in construction codes throughout the country it is the responsibility of the Distributor or Contractor to

confirm compliance with any applicable code regulation.
• Jetta cannot assure code compliance and will not be responsible for any local dispute.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
• The Jetta standard warranty is limited to the original owner and is not transferable.
• Jetta Corporation reserves the right, at its option to a) repair or replace the defective unit b) repair or replace the defective

components, or c) replace with an equal-valued unit.
• This warranty may not be amended by any party other than Jetta Corporation, and this remains the sole warranty for Jetta

Corporation baths.
• This warranty covers only factory installed accessories.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
• Jetta Corporation warranties do not cover defects due to shipping damage, installation errors, use other than intended purposes,

abuse, misuse, failure to provide maintenance and / or cleaning as directed in the Owner’s Manual, accident or acts of God. Any
modifications, alterations, or customization made by an unauthorized service representative or without authorization by Jetta
Corporation will result in warranty becoming null and void.
• This warranty does not cover costs associated with installation, removal, or installation of replaced unit.
• This warranty does not include freight charges associated with return of components or unit for repair nor freight charges associated
with replacement components or unit.
• The warranty does not include any costs associated with electrical or plumbing modifications.
• The forgoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including any other warranty of quality, express or implied, and
any warranty of merchantability, or warranty of fitness for any particular use.
