13 On average, there are 1000 Bumiputera MSMEs under the Ministry every year. It is expected that at least 100 Bumiputera MSMEs will obtain

access to Government support every year
14 The target is at least 100 'new generation' entrepreneurs because based on the planning by MTIB, MCB, MPOB and NKTB, it is estimated

that 30 new entrepreneurs will be developed in 2021. Taking into account the 5-year duration of the 12MP, an estimated 150 new
entrepreneurs will be developed by the end of the 12th Plan.

15 YAB Prime Minister on 10 November 2020 chaired the FIRST MEETING OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY AND FOURTH INDUSTRIAL

REVOLUTION (MED4IR) COUNCIL. Under MED4IR, a total of 6 clusters have been formed including the Economic Cluster entrusted to
MITI. Among the tasks of the Economic Cluster is creating more local digital platforms to enable the 'Farm to House' digital marketplace
to provide a digital platform for farmers (as well as smallholders) to gain access to demand and markets without the involvement of
middlemen, and to enable more effective price comparison processes. The target of this initiative is 500 thousand MSMEs adopting
e-Commerce by 2022. However, specifically for MPIC, we still do not have a projection on how many will adopt the e-Commerce.
16 Based on discussions with PIMI, with at least 6 MSMEs expected to apply digital technologies every year
17 Based on the information from PE Research, the proposal "Strengthen the presence of MSMEs in the upstream segment" is to involve
entrepreneurs in modernising agriculture and provide services for farmers. In this case, on average, private companies will commercialise
10 projects/products from the Research and Development (R&D) of MPIC and its agencies each year such as electric palm bunch cutting
technology, fertiliser formulation and so on. Therefore, it is expected that for a period of 5 years (12MP), a total of 50 R&D projects/products
for the purpose of modernising agriculture will be commercialised by private companies.
