316L, which provides double the protection for chloride

MXV SERIES DHW TANK

RB series: DHW storage/production tank without Coil. Main DHW production option trough electric immersion heaters. (up to 475 KW).
SB series: DHW storage-production tank with removable stainless steel coil system by means of external heat source, such as a boiler,

heat pump, solar…

SSB series: This is an SB model but with an increased exchange surface for the set of coils, for its specific use as a SOLAR water heater.

DHW capacities: 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 5000 litres
DN400 side manhole for access and cleaning
Detachable modular coils with diameters that allow better heat exchange rate (SB and SSB)
High performance insulation 80 mm rigid PU foam CFC and HCFC free
For Vertical Floor standing installation, and hand pallet and crane adapted for easy manipulation

Optional External Finish: Detachable padded lining in RAL 7042 grey and cover and trims in black PP M1 indoor installation or specifically
designed for outdoor location.

Optional “LAPESA Correx-up” permanent maintenance free Titanium cathodic protection available. Only needed in case of extremely
agresive waters chloride content > 150mg /l.

Buffer tanks with a capacity of 50, 80,140, 200, 260, 370, 600, 800 and 1000 litres, for closed circuit heating and/or cooling, made of CARBON
STEEL.

50 and 80 litre models for wall installation.
140 to 1000 litre models floor standing.
Thermal insulation in rigid mould-injected, CFC-free polyurethane foam with removable RAL 5015 blue padded casing and RAL7021
grey covers.
For the 800 and 1000 litre models the pre-cut side parts in the insulation allow them to fit through 800 mm wide doors.
Connections for electric immersion heaters.

INERTIA TANKS, MV SERIES
Large capacity tanks (1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000 and 5000 litres) for closed heating and/or cooling circuit, made of CARBON
STEEL.
High performance thermal insulation (80mm thick) in rigid mould-injected, CFC-free polyurethane foam.

Options
Cleaning port DN400.
Set of removable padded casing and covers M1, or specially designed for exteriors (optional only for 1500 to 5000 litres).

Note: Purge filter/screening sediment buckets are required to protect the tank while installing.
