by Natalie Merchant
You’ve been so kind and generous
I don’t know how you keep on giving
For your kindness I’m in debt to you
For your selflessness, my admiration
And for everything you’ve done
You know I’m bound...
I’m bound to thank you for it
You’ve been so kind and generous
I don’t know how you keep on giving
For your kindness I’m in debt to you
And I never could have come this far without you
So for everything you’ve done
You know I’m bound...
I’m bound to thank you for it
I want to thank you
For so many gifts
You gave with love and tenderness
I want to thank you
I want to thank you
For your generosity
The love and the honesty
That you gave me
I want to thank you
Show my gratitude
My love and my respect for you
I want to thank you
I want to...
Thank you
Thank you
Thank you
Thank you
Amazing Grace
Amazing grace! How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found;
Was blind, but now I see.
’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved;
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares,
I have already come;
’Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far,
And grace will lead me home.
The Lord has promised good to me,
His Word my hope secures;
He will my Shield and Portion be,
As long as life endures.
Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease,
I shall possess, within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,
The sun forbear to shine;
But God, who called me here below,
Will be forever mine.
When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we’d first begun.
What is Seitai S hinpo:
SEI – correct, proper, original TAI – body, posture
SHIN – acupuncture PO – method
Seitai Shinpo is a system of acupuncture developed by
Daiichi Sorimachi in the 1970s. He was the first to discover that
internal organ systems could be balanced through alignment
of the spine with acupuncture and moxibustion. Seitai Shinpo
has been most influenced by the acupuncture-moxibustion style
of Sawada Ken and the structural therapy of Sotai Ho
as developed Dr. Keizo Hashimoto.
Seitai Shinpo incorporates acupuncture, moxabustion (heat therapy),
and breath to restore the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Seitai Shinpo specifically focuses on diagnosing and releasing areas
of contraction along the spine. Releasing areas of contraction
helps to restore normal nerve functioning, proper circulation,
strength, health, and overall wellbeing.
Seitai Shinpo is different from many other acupuncture styles because
diagnosis and treatment is influenced more strongly by the observation
of structural distortions of the body and touching the body than the
reading of pulses or tongue as in other styles of acupuncture.
The Seitai Shinpo Acupuncture Foundation is a non-profit organization.
The mission of the foundation is to foster the development and
training of expert teachers and proficient practitioners so that the
wisdom of Seitai Shinpo perpetuates throughout the professional
community and to those who will benefit from its help.
