MyKopie mission will be to make best efforts to create a unique way to order beverages within the
scholar in Politeknik Balik Pulau, shall engage in the business of helping the customers to
overcome the stresses of everyday by providing an effortless way of ordering and payment
method. Furthermore, MyKopie presents a great ambiance and location that is convenient and
premium quality food and beverages products throughout the cafe time in business. This system
provided to solve the major concern faced by MyKopie staffs which is the use of traditional way in
ordering the beverages provided by MyKopie. Currently, the way of ordering is by using google
form, as the staffs writes down the beverages that the students order. The staff members who
prepare the food and drinks will then receive the paper. This has caused a few inconveniences
which caused the staffs making errors while writing down the order. The primary goal of
"MyKopie.com" is to develop an entirely composed PHP website capable of managing ordering
and receiving orders at MyKopie through the use of a user-friendly website. MyKopie staffs will
able to acquire detailed information from the students on the order, making it simpler for them to
plan properly the arrangement of the orders received. In addition, Staff members may update the
menu for students with the most recent information according to MyKopie.com. This Project is

products and home accessories. The monthly cost of housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels was borne by Malaysians. This
amounts to 23.6% of what an average household spends overall. Due to the relatively high cost of housing, many Malaysians
continue to be unable to afford housing. Malaysians have also been impacted by this inflation since although their income has also
not moved, the price of goods increased. (Introduction) Budget planning is very important. To be honest, when we operate our
finances without a budget, there isn't much to stop us from spending beyond our means. Sure, we may have an idea of how much
money we have each month, but without hard, accurate numbers, it's easy to lose control of our spending habits. Like managing
our spending, budgeting is important because it keeps us on track when trying to reach our financial goals. Living within a budget
can help us to finally build the financial life we have always envisioned. Therefore, we as a group of 3 have decided to develop a
Budget And Financial Management System. By using this system, we try to help users improve their budget planning and savings.

I-Attendance System is a project that is being developed in collaboration with Saint International School to
automate the process of taking attendance at educational institutions via the use of biometric technologies.
Students have a tendency to assist absent friends with their attendance by either raising their hands,
writing their names on the attendance sheet, or simply sharing the Google Form, which has become a
problem because monitoring attendance in a class with a large number of students is time-consuming and
prone to errors. Additionally, students have a tendency to assist absent friends with their attendance by
sharing the Google Form. The primary goals are to create a fingerprint authentication system for tracking
students' attendance in order to replace the existing manual approach with an automated one and to
create data visualisation based on the data recorded from the attendance system. Both of these goals will
be accomplished by replacing the current manual approach with an automated one. The information that
has been acquired and saved is analysed, and then visual representations of the data are generated so that
the information may be understood better. A real-time fingerprint attendance system, Visual Studio for
data editing and storage, and Microsoft Power BI for data presentation and analysis are all components of
this project. The advantages of this project include the recording of time spent in and out of the building,
the encouragement of students to arrive on time, a reduction in the amount of time spent recording, and
the opportunity for users to evaluate attendance data by visualising and analysing it. It is anticipated that
the I-Attendance System would generate a system that is not just accessible from anywhere but also has a
graphical user interface. Through the implementation of this initiative, a decline in academic achievement
will not be caused by an increase in attendance.

E-Physician (Virtual Consultation System) is a website mainly developed for hospitals for medical purposes.
Through this website people can meet the doctors of choice through online. This act will reduce the time, energy
and money for each individual. The goal is to meet doctors in the same way they would meet physically. This
website will be useful for elderly people who are unable to go to the hospital. This will also be helpful for people to
get a second opinion from experienced doctors but all virtually. By meeting doctors virtually, this will also be good
for the environment. People could skip the long queues to just get an appointment to meet the doctors they wish.
E-Physician will provide the time and date when will the specific doctor will be available to consult the patient. So
the patient will not have to wait for their turn, they could meet the doctor on the time and date they selected.
During the wait time, the patients can run some other errands or complete their unfinished works. This will be
useful for freshly graduated doctors too. They could learn about consultations procedures through this virtual
consultation system. Plus the patient’s details and medical histories will be highly confidential which will be only
accessed by certified doctors. This project is developed using MySQL, HTML, PHP and CSS. This is a website based
project user will have to login and get accessed to the features in the website. This website will have 2 different
login pages one for the patients and the other for the doctors. For the doctors sign u and login the doctors should
be in the government database as certified doctors and use their working or doctor’s ID to sign up and login.

Booking a classroom should be quick and simple for an institution's staff to use the facilities
provided. However, staff at Politeknik Balik Pulau (PBU) remain to book classrooms using
Google Spreadsheet. By developing this system, known as e-CBoS or e-Classroom Booking
System, we have made it easier for PBU's staff to reserve a classroom for a variety of purposes,
such as when a lecturer wants to have a replacement class outside of the class's schedule,
meeting, hosting a programme, or when any of the staffs want to organise an event on campus.
This system can resolve the difficulties for lecturers in booking the classroom for a specific
event as well as clashing bookings. Furthermore, the information of booking a classroom can be
saved properly and cannot be easily erased by other reservation applicant, like the features in
Google Spreadsheet has done. The goals of this system are to create a system that can add,
remove, view, and print data, check the availability of booking classrooms for user usage, avoid
100% of clashing classroom reservations, and store the booking and user information in a
database to prevent loss.

A barber shop is a place for hair, mustache, or beard care that serves male
customers. Our project background is to develop e-Barber Management System
for a barber shop. The numbers of service providers make it difficult for
customers to make choices in finding a suitable one. This is also caused by not
establishing a good relationship between service providers and service users, for
example, the incompatibility of promotional services offered, service quality, and
price offered.The problem statement is time consuming for the customers as
they would confront difficulties to wait or queue up when they are more
customers especially during peak hours.If there are many customers especially
when all the barbers are fully occupied, consequently the upcoming customers
either wait if there are empty chairs in the waiting room or they leave if no chairs
are empty. So, we have to developed and design an application for Gain
Barbershop.Users can access to all the services offered by Gain Barbershop and
book appointments according to their choice.This system manages the services
of barbers and also tracks the satisfaction of customers.

There are two systems in Polytechnic Balik Pulau designed exclusively for students, such SPMP for hostel management and CIDOS for online learning, but there are no
systems in place for parents to keep an eye on their children. Even though it is not mandatory, we believe that this system is very important now since it will have a
significant influence on students' educational backgrounds. In addition to helping children whose parents are unable to attend parent-teacher conferences, our student
administration monitor will also help students who keep things from their parents a private. Additionally, it was discovered that no system for parents had been developed.
As a result, our system will assist parents in viewing the student progress report and preventing missed
opportunities as a result of not receiving or being aware of it. This system's objective is to provide a
student administration system that will improve data management in academic contexts and be
advantageous to students, parents authorities, and the institution. Users will appreciate the ease of
being able to log in from any place with an internet connection and monitor their children's attendance,
grades, disciplinary history, and academic courses. This system may be accessed from anyplace that has
Wi-Fi. This method enables for the storage of all records due to its accessibility. It makes it easier to give
all stakeholders access to quick information. All they need is a desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet.
In other words, these systems are quite helpful for parents since they can monitor what their kids are
doing in school. This technology is crucial to the education industry since it provides all the
necessary information on a single platform. In conclusion, student management systems
simplify faculty work by giving them a convenient spot to obtain and categorize information.
Due to this platform, parents can keep an eye on their children's participation. It entails
creating a condition that makes the parents’ tasks easier and informing them of their
children's educational activities.

This Online Food Ordering Management System is designed for a restaurant located in Kulim,
Kedah which is named “Ayya Kitchen”. According to the survey done with the restaurant
workers, customer, and the restaurant owner, they are few disadvantages that have to be taken
into consideration where their food and beverage ordering methods is too complicated where
the order for customers gets mixed up as this restaurant is a 2-storey restaurant where the
workers might fail to see some new customers order upon handling the order of another
customer. This Online Food Ordering Management System designed is not only an application to
take order, but it also plays a role where customers can use the app deals to claim the ongoing
food promotion and can use the application to pay their bill and to order their food through the
application. Furthermore, the application is also intended make sure all the customers are served
in the correct order, perfect time and with their desired food and beverage. Moreover, this
application is also created for the purpose to enable Ayya kitchen restaurant customer to be able
to reserve tables via app for special occasions. Besides this, since this app will allow take away
food ordering, this will help the customers to save their precious time as well as saving physical
space in the restaurant for dine in customers. If the customer not able to use the food ordering
application the workers will be able to take orders from them with the advance interface in the
application specified for the workers to take orders based on the table numbers.

rate. It still uses conventional methods every time a student enters and exits. Due
to this problem, a system device has been introduced to avoid this problem,
which is the attendance system through the power bi dashboard. The system can
also know the entry and exit of students every month. Pbu library never have a
system that can detect students entering the library. The library staff does not
know how many students enter the library. The library staff also not know the
student's details such as name, semester, age and others.Objective to develop a
student data record system called Intelligence library statistic. To make it easier
for the staff to check the average data of students entering and exiting the library
every month.

This project offer to control and monitoring activities of lecturer and person in
charge(PIC) when borrowing and returning the lab key. This system provides easy
way to detect all of the borrowing keys activities by recognizing the finger print
from the lecturer and staff that already stored inside the database by
administrator. By using the system, lecturer and person in charge (PIC) will not be
troubled and burdened by cumbersome procedure that consuming time. Due to
big number of key units and number of lecturer will require involvement of many
party that wasting time. Instead of using traditional system, this system is more
convenient and effective to use for borrowing system. Problem statement in this
project is many lab key was lost and did not know where the last location of that
key. Other than that, after the lab key was lost person in charge cannot identify
who the last lecturer hold the lab key. The main objective of this project is to
eliminate using manual book system. After that, to trace last location of lab key
and using biometric scanner which is fingerprint to avoid student take a lab key
from lecturer or person in charge (PIC) knowledge. Lastly, to avoid overlap
schedule borrowing system lab key.

POCKEDAMIC: THE LEARNING SPARK is a e-learning platform that is
specifically for the subject “Introduction to Computer System (ICS)”. This
application purpose is to help lecturers monitor students about their
submissions and more. POCKEDAMIC: THE LEARNING SPARK key feature is
that students also can easily set reminders for their assignment’s due date
and class schedule, so that they won't forget about it. Even though e-learning
applications do exist for mobile applications, they still lack some additional
features such as app sticky notes and there are some more minor key features
for this application which is students will be able to view, download and
submit anything regarding their assignment. Furthermore, this project also
will implement a feature where the students will be able to keep their
previous assignments or notes documents in one place in the app, so they can
easily keep track of their previous assignments, just in case if they needed it
later for any kind of reference.

subject DFT20083 Security Basic and IT Professionals is a renewed subject offered to students.
Therefore, students will definitely face reference problems, where there is a lack of reference
materials such as lecturer's notes and so on. Therefore, this subject also requires game-based
learning for students because this subject is practical that requires a lot of practice and skills
that students need to do. Therefore, it is understandable that the existence of Game-Based
Learning can provide many benefits to students. Nevertheless, it can help students better

to look around. It is because virtual tour is easier to them as they can just look around PBU through
this project everywhere and at anytime . PBU virtual tour that has been suggested here, greatly
facilitate the process to the people . This project will show the whole PBU. People can choose the
place that they want to look around by clicking on the button provided according to the name of
the place. Then, the surrounding video of the place that has been chose will pop up on their
screen. This allows people to look around PBU efficiently without wasting time and cost. Therefore,
this project will propose the best effort to create the best way for people to look the surrounding
of PBU and helping them from facing the pressure of traffics and other discomforts. However ,
Politeknik Balik Pulau is not well-known to the local area and public because this polytechnic being
in hidden place. Therefore, PBU virtual tour will solve this problem by making sure PBU will be a
well-known destination using its high-tech application . People need to come to Politeknik Balik
Pulau to look around but do not have the opportunity to do so. Other than that , lack of
comprehensiveness of the infrastructures plan for the visitors to see . The main objectives of this
project is to make Politeknik Balik Pulau known by the public because Politeknik Balik Pulau has its
own speciality and features In addition, this project is proposed to influence a customer’s
perception about reputations and making it seems more modern and relevant to the current era.

properly. A Smart Home Automation Lock System provides a
simple and dependable technology with a phone Bluetooth
managed by an android application utilising kodular. The
Arduino Uno with Bluetooth module is used to operate the
door locks. The project focuses on utilising an Android phone,
phone Bluetooth, and phone fingerprint to monitor and
manage the Smart Home Automation Lock System Application
using kodular, as well as to build a secure Lock System.

An Intelligence mailbox help users become more aware on the presence of important
mails or goods in our mailbox or our collecting system. The purpose of this project is
to design mailbox attached with sensors and camera as a consequence of users tend
to forget to check their mailboxes because they are too busy with working life. Users
also not have time to check their mailbox regularly. Furthermore, due to the results
of a survey conducted on residents in high rise houses, particularly in apartments,
condominiums and shopping centre lots admit that they often experience lost mail
because they are not alert to its presence mails. Considering this problem, this
Intelligence mailbox is equipped with Arduino. This mailbox also will capture image
outside the mailbox ( person who drop the mails ). “Intelligence Mailbox” will also
equipped with LCD. The goal of this project is to help people to track the presence of
mails and goods in their mailbox from anywhere and anytime.

The proposed system uses face recognition for providing higher security. System uses Haar
classifier for face detection, local binary pattern histogram (LEPH) algorithm for face
recognition. Whenever the person comes in front of the door, it captures the face and if the
captured face is registered then it unlocks the door and if the face isn't registered the door will
be in the locked state. Face recognition system is broadly used for human identification
because of its capacity to measure the facial points and recognize the identity in an
unobtrusive way. The application of face recognition systems can be applied to surveillance at
home, workplaces, and campuses, accordingly. The problem with existing face recognition
systems is that they either rely on the facial key points and landmarks or the face embeddings
from FaceNet for the recognition process. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical network
(HN) framework which uses pre-trained architecture for recognizing faces followed by the
validation from face embeddings using FaceNet. A real-time face recognition security door lock
system connected with raspberry pi as an implication of the proposed method. The evaluation
of the proposed work has been conducted on the dataset collected from 12 students from
Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Sindh. The experimental results show that
the proposed method achieves better results over existing works. We also carried out a
comparison on random faces acquired from the Internet to perform face recognition and
results shows that the proposed HN framework is resilient to the randomly acquired faces.

In fact, some places such as office buildings, college campuses and
apartment buildings are such glaring examples to point out this exact
issue. For these facilities, security measures such as checking in with
security guards using access cards before entering and vehicle stickers are
in place but are usually not taken seriously by the staff. As it currently
stands, keeping track of Politeknik Balik Pulau’s dormitory and staff
quarters residents’ records of entry and exit from the campus premises is
unsystematic and unstandardized, requiring everyone to manually write
down details in a security logbook and sometimes requiring filling out
forms. This would then result in an equally tedious procedure for the
dormitory wardens and staff responsible for checking entry records.
Overall, these factors equate to a largely laborious process for monitoring
exit and entry activity for all parties involved.Continuing from the problem
statement, the purpose of this project is to improve upon the method in
which entry and exit records of residents from campus grounds are logged
through the usage of RFID and an automated system to replace logbooks
and forms, therefore making the procedure much smoother and quicker.

The main reason why this project is invented is because lecturer in Politeknik
Balik Pulau constantly face a problem related with a key. Either lab or lecture
room. All of these rooms must be locked for security reasons, but it might be
cumbersome to track down the key and record each use of it in a logbook.
What’s more is all the key is kept in one place which make the lecturer who want
to use the specific room need to go through it to find one by one to determine
which is the key. Adds more, a mistake such as misplaced the key, failing to
return the key, or forgot to record occasionally occur. In order to deal with these
issues, Key Access Box is proposed here to solve these problem. objective, To
provide a simple method in process of borrowing and returning key of lecture
room and lab in Politeknik Balik Pulau by accessing it from outside of the room,
To provide an easy way to record usage of the key by using RFID card and
automatically record after scanning, and To design a structured key storage
facilities where user just need to scan right in front of the room or lab.

Students at Balik Pulau Polytechnic seek to create a mechanism to increase security. A
device referred to as Smart Smoke Sensor can notify user for emergency and will
implement at Cafeteria Polytechnic Balik Pulau. Market-available commercial smoke
sensor are not provided or lack with a warning features because commercial smoke
sensor sound play is an undertone and play it in short period. Less sensitive of existing
smoke sensor. The sensitivity of commercial smoke sensor is lower. It could endanger
the user’s safety. This is due to the ineffectiveness of commercial smoke sensor to
effectively detect fires.To improve alarm system. Increasing the alarm system in order to
draw attention from the surrounding area, we improved the alarm’s sound by choosing
an Arduino buzzer board and implemented it our project smoke sensor. To improve
sensitivity of to existing smoke sensor. The gadget is upgraded by adding a better
sensor, which boosts the device’s sensitivity. This is due to the gas sensor’s better
suitability and dependability. Additionally, we use the better sensors and it more
affordable. To develop notification message to end user about fire. We link our sensor
to the telegram app so that when it detect from a fire it can immediately notify the user

This project is made due to the present issues are that students, lecturers or others
touch the manual switch with dirty hands which can cause germs to other people.
Mostly people do not always use hand sanitizer to kill the bacteria. In addition, the
world has been hit with Covid-19. Polytechnic Balik Pulau also has records that there
are students affected by covid-19, so manually switch is also one of the ways the
virus spreads and infects other people. Next, manual switches also cause electric
shock. In the room, when touching the switch sometimes there is an electric current
that emits a fleeting blue light on the switch that may cause dangerous,
electrocuted, and cause a fire to occur. Lastly, in this century, Polytechnic Balik Pulau
still uses manual switches. Manually switch it's been around since the old day sensor
technology has been wide through South Korea including switch sensor technology.
Based on this issue, our project Smart motion switch lamp with arduino sensor help
prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Polytechnic , also make sure student , staff or
others not getting electric shock and help in increase technological advancements
and invest in futuristic touchless technologies.

Health Monitoring System is a set of activities carried out to maintain the system in an
operational state and may be limited to observation of the current state of the system, with
maintenance and repair driven by these observations. Most students cannot expect that they
will experience fever symptoms or other symptoms regardless of the time, place and day.Even
nowadays, the symptoms of COVID19 are still a wonder ask for everyone because of its
unpredictable nature. This also brings difficulties for all students to go to the clinic or hospital
due to lack of time, facilities and also finances. Usually, if there are students who have fever or
other symptoms, Kamsis will provide facilities to send them to the nearest clinic or hospital to
get treatment but this method also takes students' time if they have work, important
assignments to make. It's a waste of time if they can't predict whether it's true or not that
they have a fever or symptoms.With the Health Monitoring System in Kamsis they can save
their time and cost to pay for each student's treatment important tools that can check
students' health levels such as blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and oximeters. These
tools make a facility for students where students can check their health level first with Kamsis
accurately before referring to hospital or clinic. With the existence of this system, it becomes
