Pernyataan Masalah* (Isu masyarakat yang perlu diberi fokus) THE INDIAN COMMUNITY NEEDS A CONSOLIDATED AND UNIFIED THINK TANK TO COLLATE DATA, ADDRESS THE ISSUES FACED BY THE COMMUNITY AND COORDINATE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERVENTION PROGRAMMES. EXISTING INDIAN-BASED THINK TANKS AND INDIAN-BASED NONGOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS SHOULD BE BROUGHT UNDER ONE UMBRELLA WITH AN ENDOWMENT GRANT FROM THE GOVERNMENT, WHICH WOULD BE SIMILAR TO CURRENTLY OPERATING PROCEDURE WITH THE INSTITUTE OF STRATEGIC AND INTERNATIONAL STUDIES. DESPITE TREMENDOUS SUCCESS BY FEW MALAYSIAN INDIANS YET A SEGMENT OF MALAYSIAN INDIANS REMAINS IN A MISERABLE STATE. WHY? TRUTHFULLY MALAYSIAN INDIANS THEMSELVES ARE TO BLAME FOR THEIR MISFORTUNE. HAVE YOU HEARD OF SOMETHING CALLED COMMUNITY SPIRIT? APPARENTLY MALAYSIAN INDIANS LACK IT BUT THIS IS AN UNLIKELY FACTOR AMONG OTHER NON-MALAY MALAYSIAN. THESE FIVE FOCUS AREAS DETERMINE THE WAY FORWARD FOR MALAYSIAN INDIANS, RANGING FROM EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING, BUSINESS, HEALTH, EDUCATION AND WELFARE. WITH ACCESS TO DATA, WE CAN FORMULATE AFFIRMATIVE PROGRAMMES TO ADDRESS ISSUES AFFECTING OUR COMMUNITY AND ASSIST THE GOVERNMENT IN THE FORMULATION OF POLICIES AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES. THE GOVERNMENT’S BURDEN IN GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF ISSUES SUCH AS POVERTY, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL ISSUES WHICH INCLUDE DRUGS, GANGSTERISM, SINGLE MOTHER PROBLEMS, AND CULTURAL AND RELIGIOUS ISSUES, WOULD ALSO BE REDUCED THROUGH THIS THINK TANK. THE LACK OF DETAILED STUDIES IS A MAJOR BOTTLENECK IN IMPLEMENTING THE APPROPRIATE PROGRAMMES TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES. THE LIMITED NUMBER OF INDIAN CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE MINISTRIES AND PLANNING UNITS, ESPECIALLY AT THE FEDERAL AND STATE LEVELS AND, AT THE LOCAL AUTHORITY LEVEL MEANS THAT MOST INDIAN ISSUES DO NOT GET THE RIGHT RESPONSE OR ATTENTION FROM THE AUTHORITIES. THE PLANNERS LACK EMPATHY IN ADDRESSING THE ISSUES. TO FIND PERMANENT SOLUTIONS TO THE LINGERING ISSUES OF THE COMMUNITY, WE NEED A PERMANENT BODY COMPRISING PROFESSIONALS TO ASSIST THE GOVERNMENT BEYOND 2020. 3. Nama Program* BREAD & PASTRY BAKING 4. Objektif Program* PARTICIPANTS OF THIS PROGRAM WILL GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF BREAD AND PASTRY-SPECIFIC APPROACHES AND APPLY TRADITIONAL CULINARY SKILLS TO THE WORLD OF BAKING, MAKING THESE CLASSES A WORTHWHILE VENTURE FOR STUDENTS OF ALL SKILL LEVELS. THE PROGRAM ALSO WILL EDUCATE PARTICIPANTS ON SELLING THE ITEMS VIA ONLINE AND PROPER MARKETING STRATEGY USING VARIOUS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, I.E SPEEDY, FOOD PANDA, GRAB FOOD, SHOPEE.

PREPARE THE ABOVE LISTED BAKING AND PASTRY ITEMS FOR VARIOUS FOODS PRODUCTION EVENTS. 3. PLATING AND PRESENTATION WILL BE EMPHASIZED IN BAKING PRODUCTIONS. 4. BE INTRODUCED TO CAREERS IN THE CULINARY AND HOSPITALITY FIELDS THROUGH RESEARCH, VISITS FROM PROFESSIONAL CHEFS . 5. VARIOUS MARKETING AND SELLING PLATFORMS ON SOCIAL MEDIA 9. Outcome* (Hasil boleh dipertimbangkan sebagai hasil jangka pertengahan.Tidak dapat dilihat dengan segera selepas berakhirnya aktiviti projek sebagai Contohnya: Peserta yang mempunyai pensijilan bekerja dengan gaji minimum RM1500.00.)
