INTRODUCTION
Johor Shipyard and Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (JSE) was incorporated under the Malaysian Company Act
1965 on the 13th December 2007. The company registration No. is (799576-U)
Over past 13 years of business, JSE manage to build and deliver various type of vessel such as mooring
boat, tug boat and product oil tanker successfully to our client. JSE also been authorised by client to
manage docking repair for various tugs, and involve in various offshore vessel retrofitting works.
JSE is certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 having their operation in 20
acre land at Hutan Melintang, Perak, a town distance 25km from Teluk Intan Perak, one hour drive
from Lumut Port, Perak, Malaysia.
