OBJECTIVES AND GOAL
Our objectives and goals is a community wherein all kids sense
cherished, respected and encouraged to develop their fullset ability.
To enable children to acquire the ability to communicate verbally and
in writing – to enable them to express clearly.
To enable children to develop a willingness to experience new things
and to achieve success through exploration and growth.
To develop and sustain their curiosity and love for learning.
To expand the children ‘s concepts and ideas about the world.
To develop both fine and gross motor skills.

For information, our kindergarten accepts children from 4 years old to 6
years old. We also provide full day care.
Registration of children must be made using birth certificate or Mykid
All details and information provided in the registration form are
confidential and for the use of kindergarten management only.
FEE STRUCTURE
Registration Fee
1. All fees are due by the 7th of each month. Payment can be made by
credit card and online banking to PeterKids Kindergarten.
2. Registration, insurance and school fee are non – refundable and
non – transferable.
3. There are 2 semesters in an academic year. First semester:
January to May, Second semester : June to November.
4. Sibling discount 10%.
5. Supplementary fees are to be paid twice a year (first and second
semester).
6. Due to the covid 19 pandemic, our kindergarten will not having
school trip, concert and programs.

OPERATING HOURS
Time : 8 am – 6.30 pm
Day : Monday to Friday
ATTENDANCE
Children must arrive to school before 8.00 am. For children who
want to arrived to school before operating hours (before 7.30 am)
must informed principal.
Parents must informed principal if they want to send their child late
(after 8.30 am).
If your child is absent, please call or whatsapp the principal to report
their absence. State the date and reason for absence.
CONTACT DETAILS
If parent wants to informed or asked something, they can call
school (04-555 4431) or can directly call and message to the
principal or assistance principal.
SCHOOL ATTIRE
Monday/ Wednesday / Thursday : Uniform
Tuesday : Sports Attire
Friday : Traditional attire
Parents must make sure their children attire have been labelled with
their children’s name.
Parents must put extra attire for their children.
Parents must also put extra face mask and shield.
INVITE AND SENDING CHILDREN
Parents are not allowed to send and pick up their children in
kindergarten. this is to prevent traffic congestion and to reduce the
production of infectious diseases such as covid 19, fever, colds,
coughs and so on.
All teachers who invite and send children must wear gloves and
aprons.
Teachers also need to spray antifect on children as well as
themselves.
When inviting children, teachers need to check body temperature,
mouth, hands and body. if the child 's temperature exceeds 37 or the
child' s mouth, hands and feet have red spots, then the child is not
allowed to attend school.
When sending children, the teacher must ensure that there are no
injuries on the child 's limbs and the child' s body temperature is at a
normal level.
Teachers need to ensure that children wear face masks and face
shields properly before getting out of the vehicle.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If parent has any concern relating to the programme or staff, we
advocate that the parent directly contact the principal either verbal or
writing letter.
INSURANCE
Our kindergarten provides insurance for all staff and children. The
insurance fee for children is RM 50.00. this insurance payment is
mandatory for all children.
STOP NOTICE
Children who wish to drop out of school, must inform the principal. any
payment will not be refunded.

CLASSROOM RULES
Children cannot bring toys from home come to kindergarten. If children
bring, parent need to inform principal or teachers.
Children are not allowed to wear expensive ring, necklace, bracelet,
earrings and so on to kindergarten. Our kindergarten will not be held
responsible for any lost item.

Each class is limited to 8 to 14 children. for small classes only 8
children are allowed while for large classes up to 14 children are
allowed
one table is limited to 1 or 2 children with a physical distance of 1
meter. during this pandemic season, children are not allowed to sit at
close range.
HOMEWORK
Morning glory children will bring back their homework and complete
their homework at house. They must bring back their homework for
the next day.
Half day and full day children will finish up their homework at
kindergarten
ASSESSMENT
All children will take part in assessment. The assessment will be
conducted twice a year. The assessment subjects will include
Cambridge English , Bahasa Melayu, Pendidikan Islam, Phonics and
Science.
It enable the teacher to see children’s performance in academic
subject. The result will be shared with parents during conference time .
STUDENT AFFAIRS
SAFETY
To maintain the safety of all children, we ensure that each one classroom
equipment meet safety standards and is checked every day
Our kindergarten is equipped with a complete cctv to monitor the safety
of children in the kindergarten.
Our kindergarten provides a complete box of safety kits.
HEALTH ISSUES
Parents are required to inform school if their child is having allergies,
asthma, milk allergies and certain foods.
Parents need to inform the nursery if the children need to take certain
medications.
Children who are sick and suffering from infectious diseases such as
measles, eye pain, ulser, chickenpox are not encouraged to come to
kindergarten until confirmed cured by a doctor.
NUTRITION
Food will be provided by the nursery in accordance with the age and
nutritional needs of children. Menus are available for each age group.
The meal schedule is as in the routine schedule of each age group.
Parents or guardians are not allowed to bring other food from home.
Please inform if the child is allergic to any food.

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT
PARENTS TEACHER MEETING
Our kindergarten will having 2 times parents teacher meeting every
year. This aims to discuss what can be done to improve the
performance and development of children in kindergarten. Due to the
pandemic, our kindergarten will having online meeting via zoom.
In this meeting, teachers will shows the children assessment results and
development.
