applications and humid environments. Resists
mildew when exposed to prolonged hot and humid
environments.

Simseal Glaze 100 Silicone Sealant has excellent
adhesion to glass, ceramics, aluminium, GRP, granite,
concrete, galvanized steel and many plastics. Sealing

skylights, ventilators, air-conditioning, weather
proofing and other general glazing applications.

Simseal Sim-Flex 25 is a single-component elastomeric
sealant with excellent adhesion on various substrates like
concrete. Recommended for sealing concrete joints like
precast wall panel joints, expansion joints, control joints,
connection joints, etc. It is also ideal for window frame
perimeter sealing especially when the sealant needs to be
painted.

Simseal Sim-Flex Facade has excellent UV and
weathering properties. It is recommended for sealing
concrete joints like wall panel joints, expansion
joints, control joints, etc. Facade cladding designed
with metal panels or natural stones can be sealed
too as well as sealing anodized aluminium, porcelain,
coated metal, finished wood, epoxy and polyester
panels.
