RE/MAX URBAN COVID-19 Client Guidelines (v2)

RE/MAX Urban Properties is dedicated to minimizing the spread of COVID-
19 and mitigating the exposure to you, our staff and Agents, our vendors, our
Clients and our office. We will be taking extra precautions and steps to ensure
all are not put at unnecessary risk. We ask that all Agents and Clients of the
Brokerage honestly answer the below questions before meeting for real es-
tate services. If you answer YES to ANY of the questions below, you will not
be allowed to show or access properties. If the answer is NO to ALL of the
questions below, you can continue real estate activities . While we can’t
guarantee no one is sick we acknowledging they are asymptomatic.

1. Have you self quarantined based on a government or doctor recommendation or order? _______
2. Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with the COVID-19 within the last 14
days? ________
3. Have you returned from a cruise trip or any of the countries with travel restrictions listed on the CDC
website within the last 14 days? Visit http://bit.ly/CDCWorldMap for the most up-to-date list. ________
4. Have you experienced fever, cough and/or shortness of breath in the last 14 days? Symptoms can also
include sore throat, respiratory illness, and difficulty breathing. ________

SELLERS: **Disinfecting Property Between Showings is a New MANDATORY Requirement:
Discuss with your RUP Listing Agent how this will be handled**
-No Over Lapping Showing Times.
-Showing Services ARE asking to Acknowledge any Symptoms. If your Seller has the virus, 100% disclose.
-Essentials: MANDATORY to have hand sanitizer, wipes, masks and gloves at each Listing.
-Have Sellers turn on ALL house lights and Open All doors, so Agents/Buyers don’t need to touch.
-Buyer Agents: Leave all lights on when leaving and Seller can turn off.

BUYERS: **Disinfecting Property Between Showings is a New MANDATORY Requirement: Your

Buyer Agent may be asked by Listing Agent to handle after you leave each home**
-Mandatory: MUST have gloves and mask at all Buyer Showings.
-Only Decision Making Buyers allowed in homes. If at all possible, kids strongly encouraged to not go inside homes.
-Don’t touch anything.
-Agents Only able to show to true qualified and motivated buyers.
