General regulations
(For the conduct of competitions at QCAS affiliated Queensland Agricultural Shows)
Subject to the Rules, By-Laws and Regulations of the Queensland Chamber of Agricultural Society’s Inc. (QCAS) and the Society relevant
to this schedule, the following General Regulations shall apply.

competitor and presented to a steward before the Exhibitors please note:

All horses and ponies in height classes must be Heavy horses

Horse measuring times are 7.30am to 9.00am Friday
and Saturday at measuring slab near exercise ring.
A measuring certificate from any Royal Show or Hack
Council Queensland will be accepted.
Helmets
All competitors are reminded that helmets must be
worn in all classes and anytime while riding on the
showgrounds.
Miscellaneous
Dressage nominations will be taken at the Ring Office
only.
Prize money does not include GST.
All competitors must pay gate entrance fee unless a
member.
Classes will not be delayed. Competitors must report to
marshalling steward within three minutes of first call.

The dressage competition will run from 9.00am until 3.30pm. Entries must be in by 8:00am on Saturday.
Competitors must nominate rider, horse and class numbers, but can ride at own convenience throughout the day.
The Society reserves the right to restrict nominations to allow events to be completed within time. Juniors can only
ride in Junior classes. No more than two horses per competitor. Nominated horse may have only one rider. A lunch
break will be taken between 11:30 and 12:30.
