Eric Brown, M.D.

 Internship/residency: University

 Nephrology fellowship: University

Dr. Brown’s focus is the care of patients with chronic
kidney disease, acute kidney injury, electrolyte
disorders, and those requiring hemodialysis,
peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT. He has a special interest
and expertise in the management of patients with
glomerular disease.

He is the current Chair of the Medical Advisory Board
of the MD Chapter of the National Kidney Foundation.
Dr. Brown has been voted a Baltimore Magazine top
doc 5 years in a row (2017-2021).

He is happily married with 3 children and is an avid
tennis player and cyclist.

Robert Fuld, M.D.

Dr. Fuld's practice is composed of both general
nephrology and interventional nephrology. He
especially enjoys longitudinal management of
patient's through the spectrum of nephrologic care.
Getting to know patient's over time allows him to
provide the best care that is patient centered and
provided in a timely manner.

Dr. Fuld is the medical director of Dialysis Access
Specialists, LLC in Arbutus and Timonium, MD. He is
also the medical director at US Renal Care West
Baltimore Dialysis and Renalis Homewood. He has an
MBA in Medical Management from the Carey School
of Business at The Johns Hopkins University. He is
board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
He has added qualifications in Hemodialysis Access

Procedures. He was on the national Board of
Directors of the Renal Physicians Association (RPA.)
for six years and continues to take an active role with
RPA in public policy as an advocate for patients with
renal disease.

dialysis access procedures. Dr. Klopouh is a medical
director at DaVita Dundalk and DaVita Seton Drive
hemodialysis units. He was voted a Baltimore
Magazine Top Doc in 2020.

Dr. Klopouh has an MBA with a concentration in
health care management from Johns Hopkins
University Carey Business School.

Ibikunle Koya, M.D.

Dr. Koya is a Board certified nephrologist with 32
years experience in managing patients with kidney
disease in the Baltimore metropolitan area. He is also
the medical director of DaVita Pikesville Dialysis unit.

This professonal background underscores his unique
experince in successfully treating patients and
improving their quality of life. Dr. Koya’s compassion
for and commitment to his patients motivates him to
deliver superior care towards achieving great
outcome for every patient.

Dr. Koya regards the sustained improvement of his
patients as his abiding professional duty.

Manju Mavanur, M.D.

Dr Mavanur is a member of the royal college of
physicians (MRCP), UK. She completed her transplant
fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr.
Mavanur held the position of Assistant Professor of
Medicine in the University of Maryland from 2012 -
2017, where her work focused mainly around
managing the complex renal, pancreas,
liver transplant patients.

Her current position enables Dr. Mavanur to peruse
her longstanding clinical skills towards managing a
more diverse set of ailments related to renal
dysfunction.

She is married to Dr Arun Mavanur, surgical
oncologist who is affiliated with JHH, Sinai, GBMC.

Tedine Ranich, M.D.

Hospital – Cornell Medical Center

Dr. Ranich’s career in nephrology has ranged from an
early interest in renal transplant and immunology to
performing thousands of vascular access procedures
as an interventional nephrologist in addition to her
general nephrology practice. She has attended at
Sinai Hospital over the last 20 years and has served
as the Chief of Nephrology since 2018.

She has served leadership roles for DaVita Dialysis as
a Group Medical Director and has been a recipient of
the national DaVita Core Value Awards for Integrity
in 2018. She has spearheaded the collaboration
between the Population Health Division of
LIfebridgehealth and DaVita Shared Patient Care
Coordination to improve the management of
vulnerable ESRD patients in our community. She is a

lifelong student of renal physiology and enjoys
teaching residents.
She has been voted a Baltimore Magazine Top Doc in
nephrology, most recently in 2021. She has also
been honored with the Romulo Baltazar Excellence
in Teaching Award 2019-2020.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking and nature
photography and gardening.
