Amer247 Center Was established in 2017 in collaboration with the General
Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and the experience was a direct
application of the strategy of the Federal Government advocated by His
Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister and
Ruler of Dubai. The introduction of the private sector as a strategic partner of
the various government ministries and sectors to provide government and
federal services and raise the level of customer satisfaction. It cantered idea of
establishing service centers of specialized services, in cooperation with the
private sector to accomplish all government department and federal
transactions.

We have established 24 Seven
Government Transactions Center based
on the vision of the UAE 2021. Through
its initiatives, the Center has
endeavored to achieve the
Government’s strategic objectives,
primarily Emiratisation, flexibility and
productivity in the business market.

Our strategic plan at the center of 24 Seven Government Transactions Center
aims to facilitate the provision of government services 24 hours 7 days through
a consultant to encourage the citizens of the state and increase the national
competencies of working in the private sector and build a comprehensive
system to delight the customer happiness.

International Airport for a minimum of five hours are allowed to obtain a 96
Hours Dubai Visa to go on a city tour of Dubai under a new service launched
recently by the Dubai Civil Aviation Department and DNATA in cooperation
with the Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department (DNRD), Department
of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and UAE Visa Services.
