No, all our charges are confirmed in writing, upfront.

 Do I need a solicitor now?

Not normally. Solicitors or licenced conveyancers are usually
nominated once a sale is agreed. We will deal will all the paperwork.

 I haven't found a property to move to, what do I do?

It’s totally your decision. We would suggest that if you have decided
that you want to move and you need to sell your property in order to buy

another, your property would be best placed on the market.
