Safe Sitter Class at Conroe

Safe Sitter is a two-day course for girls and boys ages 11-13. The program teaches participants how to handle
emergencies when caring for younger children. All medical information is taught by a certified professional.
Students get hands-on practice in basic life saving techniques so they are prepared to act in a crisis. They
receive information on child development and age-appropriate activities as well as learn about the business
aspects of baby-sitting.

Class Schedule: Thursday, March 14, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Friday, March 15, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Additional Notes: This event will take place at the Auditorium/Conference Center at our hospital.

Please be aware that this class meets on 03/14/2019 and 03/15/2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This class will be presented by Elizabeth Lewis, Kelly Williams, and Samantha Ballew.

Please have your children wear comfortable clothing. All materials are included in registration cost.

Departments for the HCA Unit of Distinction Award are includes metrics such as
quality, safety, staffing effectiveness, patient experience, education and
certifications, retention and turnover just to name a few… and
