[02-06] 제물로 드려질 준비가 되었나요?

“관제와 같이 벌써 내가 부음이 되고 나의 떠날 기약이
가까웠도다” -딤후 4:6-

당신은 제물이 될 준비가 되었습니
까? 이것은 감정에 좌우되어 할 수
있는 일이 아닙니다. 의지와 결단으로
만 되는 일입니다. 하나님께 당신이
제물이 될 준비가 되었다고 말씀드리
십시오. 그런 후에는 당신의 앞길에
무엇을 보내 주시든지 불평 없이 받
아들이십시오.

Are You Ready To Be Poured Out As an
Offering? (2)

I am already being poured out as a drink
offering… —2 Timothy 4:6

Are you ready to be poured out as
an offering? It is an act of your
will, not your emotions. Tell God
you are ready to be offered as a
sacrifice for Him. Then accept the
consequences as they come, without
any complaints, in spite of what
God may send your way.

하나님은 당신만 아는 갈등의 위기를
통과하게 하실 것입니다. 누구도 도와
줄 수 없는 위기입니다. 겉으로는 당
신의 삶에 아무 변화가 없을지 모르
지만 당신의 의지에는 분명 변화가
일어나고 있습니다. 당신의 의지가 내
적위기를 겪고나면, 외적 위기가 오더
라도 그것을 염두에 두지 않게 될 것
입니다. 만일 당신이 이점에서 하나님
과 함께 의지의 결단을 못하고 그냥
떠밀려 가면 끝내 자기 연민에 빠질
것입니다.

God sends you through a crisis
in private, where no other person
can help you. From the outside
your life may appear to be the
same, but the difference is taking
place in your will. Once you have
experienced the crisis in your will,
you will take no thought of the
cost when it begins to affect you
externally. If you don’t deal with
God on the level of your will first,
the result will be only to arouse
sympathy for yourself.

“줄로 희생을 제단 뿔에 맬지어다”
(시편118:27). 당신은 기꺼이 제단에
놓여져 그 불을 통과할 용의가 있어
야 합니다. 제단은 불을 의미합니다.
불이 타서 정화시키고 성별하는 것은
단 한 가지 목적, 하나님이 시작하시
지 않고 그분께 속하지 않은 것을 모
조리 없애기 위해서입니다. 그러나 이
일은 당신이 하는 것이 아니라 하나
님이 하십니다. 당신이 할 일은 “희생
을 제단 뿔에 매는” 것입니다.

“Bind the sacrifice with cords to
the horns of the altar” (Psalm
118:27). You must be willing to be
placed on the altar and go through
the fire; willing to experience what
the altar represents— burning,
purification, and separation for
only one purpose— the elimination
of every desire and affection not
grounded in or directed toward
God. But you don’t eliminate it,
God does. You “bind the sacrific
e…to the horns of the altar”

그리고 불이 붙을 때는 자기 연민
에 빠지지 않도록 주의하십시오. 그
불을 경험하고 나면 무엇도 당신을
곤경에 빠뜨리거나 좌절시킬 수 없습
니다. 다른 위기가 와도 전처럼 당신
을 다치게 하지 못한다는 것을 알게
됩니다. 당신의 길에는 어떠한 불이
놓여 있습니까?

and see to it that you don’t
wallow in self-pity once the fire
begins. After you have gone
through the fire, there will be
nothing that will be able to trouble
or depress you. When another
crisis arises, you will realize that
things cannot touch you as they
used to do. What fire lies ahead in
your life?

당신을 제물로 바칠 준비가 되었다고
하나님께 말씀 드리십시오. 그러면 하
나님은 당신께 약속한 모든 것을 이
루어 주심으로써 자신을 증명하실 것
입니다.

Tell God you are ready to be
poured out as an offering, and
God will prove Himself to be all
you ever dreamed He would be.
