SERVICES’ SCOPE

✓ Modify current process flow.
✓ Develop new process flow for inbound and outbound calls.
✓ Develop new process for vendor’s quote requests.
✓ Develop the “Order Tracker” to unify information accesible to all parties involved.
✓ Divide functions so Management can focus on core business activities.
✓ Interview and hire new personnel for the DR Department.
✓ Train current and new personnel with the developed procedure.

Associated Costs.

Taking into consideration that the project will not start as an offshore, the following is a
summary of costs:
