Fairfield Center Stage (Christy McIntosh-Newsom, Artistic Director; Eli Newsom, Executive Producer)
is holding open SEASON GENERAL AUDITIONS* for the first half of their upcoming 2022/2023
season on Monday June 20th from 6-8:30pm and Tuesday June 21st from 6-8:30pm at Sherman
Elementary School. Seeking actors and singers of all ages, types, ethnicities, etc. Non-equity,no pay.
2022/23 season to include: Production dates: LA CAGE AUX FOLLES (Sep 9-18, rehearsals begin
approx. July 31), “The Rocky Horror Picture Experience” Floor Show (recreating movie sequences
only- no live singing) Oct 28-29, Annual Benefit Concert (Nov 12), A CHRISTMAS CAROL
EXPERIENCE (Dec 9-18), FCS ROCKS: Fleetwood Mac’s RUMOURS (Feb 4). The remainder of the
season will be announced shortly.

ABOUT THE 2022 PROGRAM:
Fairfield Summer Stage is a comprehensive immersive theatre
experience for young actors, supported by a professional creative staff
of directors and designers, led by longtime directors Christy McIntosh-
Newsom and Chelsea Dacey. This year, the program will be held on the
grounds of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in downtown Fairfield, CT. During
our summer sessions, we will mount a full production of a show,
starting with the initial audition and followed by a rehearsal process,
culminating in an exciting performance where family and friends can

enjoy your hard work. No previous experience required!

Fairfield Center Stage will present a 2 weekend run of the hit Broadway
show THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL in Fairfield June 17-25 at Fairfield
Ludlowe High School Auditorium.

Adapted from the iconic Nickelodeon series, SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy,
Squidward and the rest of Bikini Bottom face total annihilation, until a
most unexpected hero rises to take center stage. The bold, original
musical celebrates friendship, cooperation, and the power of unity and
inclusion. The power of optimism really can save the world. This show is
for the entire family!

Performances are Fridays June 17 & 24 at 7:30pm, and Saturdays June 18
& 25 at both 2pm & 7pm. showtime. The approximate running time of
SPONGEBOB... is 2 hours and 30 minutes, including one intermission.
