SEPARATION PROCESS

• STEP 1
These towel hanger will separated
into several parts using
Screwdriver and Allen Key
ATTENSION !
Used the correct size of allen key
by refer to size of allen screw

• STEP 2

For the middle part in towel
hanger, we will use Allen Key to
separate them

RESULT AFTER SEPARATING INTO SEVERAL PARTS

• STEP 3
Separate all part and make sure all
part and screw put at one place only
to avoid any part missing

connect the wooden rod to the mortise

REINSTALLATION PROCESS

• STEP 4
Use screwdriver and allen key to connect
each pieces of hanger

Connect the wooden rod to the mortise
correctly.Apply the step to all wooden
rod
These mortise and tenon joint is called
“Tanggam Pemidang-Tanggam lubang &
puting”

• STEP 5
Make sure all screw has been
tighten.

Repeat the same step to other
part using right tools like
screwdriver and allen key

RESULT AFTER REINSTALLATION

REPAINT THE TOWER HANGER

• STEP 1
Use any stick and stir the wood varnish
WARNING !!!
Please be careful because the wood
varnish is really oily, beware with your
shirt.

Please use safety glove while do these
activity

• STEP 2

Used paint brush to repaint the
hanger.

Repeat painting until these hanger
totally repainted.

CAUTION !

Do these activity at outside of your
home to avoid wood varnish spilled

• STEP 3
After complete repaint the hanger, put
that hanger at outside of your home to
make that hanger dry in the sun

ATTENSION !
Save all the tools that has been used in
the store to avoid any accident happen
future

• LAST STEP

After a day, you can put the hanger in
your home and can be used as usual

The Towel/Sejadah hanger look more
attraction and feel fresh

CONCLUSION

• These furniture is easy to conduct. It also easy to separated and
reinstall again.These furniture also does not require much tools to
used and also really lite. It can be used for a long time by place it at
indoor only.
