It is our pleasure to present the first Ms Jyoti Mr Gurubasappa
quarterly bulletin on labour compliance Chitambare
We take this opportunity to thank HR
team members for their valuable input
during the HR conclave 2017 on labour
compliance and also on giving an idea
of bringing this quarterly bulletin.

In this bulletin, we have captured
important amendments in labour laws,
court judgements etc., during the
period October 2017– January 2018.

It is needless to say that it is very

important for any organisation to

comply with all labour laws applicable

to an organisation and adhere to the

law of land. Keeping this in mind, in the

financial year 2016-17, we started

statutory compliance audit of labour Mr Mahendran Ms Rajashri
laws applicable to factory and Raol Saple
establishments through an external

labour consultant.

During the audit, we have received improvement suggestions on maintaining the records, submission

of returns etc., and we have streamlined the processes to comply with the statutory norms.

We are going to continue with the statutory compliance audit in coming years so that we are fully
complied with the labour laws requirements. We hope that this quarterly bulletin will help us to get the
updated information on statutory compliance.
