 process safety to the next level. Towards this end,
 Coromandel -Vizag plant rolled out a Process
 Safety Culture Enabler for PSMS 5 additional
 elements viz. Management Commitment &
 Involvement, Institutionalisation of Risk Based
 Approach, Process Safety Competency, Process
 Safety Knowledge Management and Process
 Safety Leading and Lagging Indicators.
 To further strengthen this move, several initiatives
 were also launched such as Process Safety
 Competency Sessions, One-Point Lessons (OPL)
 Sessions, Senior Management visits to the sites
 along with night round visits, senses visits, etc.
 In the same breath, several training programmes
 were conducted by the respective section heads
 and experts in specific modules.

    – Ranipet plant organised 'Advanced Level
    MS Excel Training' for employees to improve
    their knowledge in Excel
•	 Mr. Rajaprasath, Head - Business Excellence
    & HR (Ranipet), set the tone for training.
    Around 22 employees from both SSP & CPC
    Units participated in these sessions
•	 Mr. Munawar, an expert trainer from Up-
    skill Technologies, spearheaded the training
    programme and assisted employees in
    understanding the advance level of MS Excel
•	 The insightful training strengthened the
