WORD OF WELCOME YB SIVANESAN A/L ACHALINGAM Perak State Executive Council (EXCO), Health, National Integration, Human Resources & Indian Affairs Congratulations to the students who competed for their effort, perseverance and patience in facing the challenges during the competition at the district level, it turns out that all the efforts and sacrifices finally paid off. I believe that this glorious ceremony is the starting point for you to go towards excellence in your studies later. As a member of the Perak state EXCO, I have tried my best to ensure that education is given priority. I have managed to channel as much as RM 60,000 to make this program a success. A total of 12 districts have held Public Speaking Competitions at the district level and then advanced to the state level. Well done and congratulations also to all the parents and teachers for the efforts, sacrifices, support and encouragement given to these children so that they managed to make a personal history in their lives. To the students, who are you without your parents and teachers who always help and pray for your success. Not forgetting the Perak State Tamil School Head Masters Association. Your hard work has all paid off. I really hope that more education-based competitions will be conducted to form future leaders who are highly educated and skilled. To achieve something successful, the goal or direction of our work must be clear. If the goal is not clear, it will be difficult or even we may fail to achieve the success we dream of. With a clear goal we can or we can achieve success. The success of students is a symbol of the success of the school and education system as a result of cooperation between administrators, teachers, support from parents and students themselves. The school's close relationship with parents can also realize the school's desire to become an excellent institution, human capital that has a strong identity, noble personality, knowledgeable, highly skilled and competitive. In conclusion, I am proud to know that the Perak State Tamil National Type School Public Speaking Competition was successfully held with great enthusiasm. My hope is to make the competition an annual competition. As a leader, I will work hard and ensure that education is given priority, especially in the National Type Tamil Schools. I would like to begin by expressing my gratitude to the almighty God for granting me the opportunity to address you today. I am delighted to extend my warmest congratulations to all the educators who have successfully guided and supported our students in the State Level Public Speaking Competition for Tamil Schools. Your dedication and hard work have undoubtedly contributed to the success of this competition, and I am proud of the accomplishments of both the students and the educators involved. As we enter a new era, the world of education is becoming increasingly complex and global in nature. In today's society, knowledge is a fundamental requirement for students to become the leaders of tomorrow. Recognizing the significance of education, the government has made it one of the Six National Key Result Areas (NKRA), with the aim of ensuring that all our children receive the quality and adequate education they deserve. In this competition, we have witnessed the untapped potential of our young students, particularly those from National Tamil Type primary schools, who have been selected to represent their districts in the state of Perak. I commend these students for their hard work, dedication, and determination to enhance the good name of their district and school. I would also like to acknowledge the tireless efforts of the educators who have trained and coached these students, regardless of the challenges they may have faced. Without their unwavering support and guidance, these students would not have been able to achieve such success. Therefore, I offer my deepest appreciation to the teachers and the Association of Perak State SJKT Head Masters who have worked tirelessly to make this competition a resounding success. Furthermore, I am pleased to see the increased efforts to enhance English language skills in our schools, particularly in Tamil National Type Schools. This developiiiiiiiiiment is significant as it adds value to our schools and prepares our students to be competitive in the global arena. I am particularly delighted with the achievements of our students in English, and I hope that these accomplishments will continue to grow in the future. Finally, I wish all the students competing at the next level the best of luck. I pray that they will continue to excel and become leaders with efficient and skilled communication skills. Congratulations and thanks to the Perak State Level Public Speaking Competition Committee of National Type Tamil School for successfully bringing out the talent of the students of Tamil National Type School so far. Sincerely, I feel very proud of the success of the Perak State Tamil National Type School Headmasters Association. As an advisor, I see their success in bringing students this far as something that will benefit the development of National Type Tamil Schools in the state of Perak in particular. The field of national education is indeed dynamic and transformational to meet current needs, especially at the global level. Therefore, all educators act as social architects who bear great responsibility in providing education, conveying knowledge, forming personal and personality thus generating the potential of students in a more optimal direction. In this regard, I would like to congratulate all the teachers who have trained students to reach the state level and also to all the teachers who have helped make this competition a success directly and indirectly. A school's main goal is to improve the quality of management and increase student achievement to a level that can achieve the school's Key Performance Index, empowering students to be able to compete internationally.
