FIRST MEETING

26 February 2022 is our first meeting for
Microteaching class. It was conducted online
through Zoom. Madam Nirmala briefly explained
to us all about our subject Microteaching which
related to DSKP, our assessment handouts, the
differences of CEFR and KSSM and all
information about the subject.

During our class, Madam Nirmala assigned us to
do the Project 1 teaching aids and submit it on
the second meeting which is on 13th March 2022.
What I can conclude during the class is CEFR is
an ingredients to KSSM which will help to
enhance the level of English Education in
Malaysia towards international level. CEFR is an
instrument to help in achieving the goals.

SHORT MEETING

Madam Nirmala conducted a short meeting for
about 40 minutes with us on 7th March 2022 to
explain the project 1 and 2 once again for those
who just enrolled for our class.

Through this short meeting, the new students
who just enrolled for the class have the
opportunity to be introduced with the subject
and briefing on the assignments.

MY PROJECT 1 TASK A PROGRESS

ACTIVITIES

For listening and speaking, the
activities are exchanging information
with peers and true or false exercise.
For reading, identifying main point and
supporting details and also stating the
correct answers.
While for writing skills, creating a
personal profile and information
transfer.

TEACHING AIDS For my Project 1 Task A, I chose CEFR based
textbook and the first topic which is What Do You
TEACHING AID 1 - Youtube Video Like? which I include all language skills Listening,
(Audio-visual) Speaking, Reading and Writing.

1ST MEETING 12/3/2022

For our first meeting, Madam Nirmala
taught us on lesson plan and DSKP.
Madam covered all the elements in the
lesson plan and explained in detail
about everything needed for lesson
preparation

Audience is the students, degree is our
target, behaviour is what we want
studentd to do and condition is how we
want them to do.

PROJECT 1 TASK A I have done my presentation for Project 1 Task A
PRESENTATION with Madam Nirmala at 8.00pm on 19th March
19/3/2022 2022. It was a satisfaction when madam
complimented my presentation and teaching
materials. It really motivates me to become a
better person in developing teaching materials
to assist my students' learning and development
in the future.

PROJECT 2

For my project 2, we were asked to
create a lesson plan along with a mock
teaching session. So, I decided to do
Form 1 topic which isthe topic 'Take
Care'. This topic covers the awareness
of social networking. I use video as a
teaching aids and conduct a discussion
with students about the advantages and
disadvantages social networking.

After the presentation, Madam Nirmala
gave feedback on my mock teaching
where she suggested that I can do quiz
to identify students' understanding
about the topic and use an appropriate
video based on students' level.
