Hotel Liability

Dear guest,

1. Bandara Beach Phuket, will be held responsible for the guest’s property in care of
loss or damage for the following.
1.1 The loss or damage has been investigated and proven to be caused by the
hotel.
1.2 If the property lost or damage according to Article 1.1 is money, gold,
traveler’s check, jewelry, or other valuable items, Bandara Beach Phuket,
shall not take responsibility over 5,000 Thai Baht, unless the guest has
declared, registered and deposited his/her property with Bandara Beach
Phuket.

2. Bandara Beach Phuket, shall not be liable for any loss or damage in the following
case:

2.1 Force majeure
2.2 Natural conditions, i.e., old age deterioration
2.3 The loss or damage caused by the guest or his/her visitor.

A safety deposit box is available in all guest rooms.
