Women's Pride in the Pines 2021

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We are celebrating our 10th year anniversary. I say we, because it is all of you that helped
raise over 1 million dollars to give to these very important charities. My board members, our
volunteers, corporate partners and all of you who showed up gave when it was needed most!
Of course, I must say, that often I wouldn’t take no for an answer.

On June 12, 2021, we will have a wonderful event to support, The Ali Forney Center and
hopefully, the end of this horrid pandemic! The Ali Forney Center is the largest agency
dedicated to LGBTQ homeless youths in the country. It is one of the very few organizations
that has remained open throughout the entire pandemic, providing desperately needed
services, meals, medical and mental services to homeless youths who were not welcomed in
their own home, even during a pandemic, because of their lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender
or queer identity.

We do a two-part event so that everyone can afford to come and help us support Ali Forney.
The afternoon is a Dance- Open Wine and Vodka Bars - Hors d’oeuvres, and an Auction.
The evening is a Buffet Dinner & Show. The hilarious Jessica Kirson comedian will have you
laughing so hard you will be crying. Our singer is still to TBD.
