Unbelievably happy with our brand new RV. This was our first time purchasing
an RV and didnt have a clue what we needed or wanted. After going to multiple
other places in the Chicagoland area we stopped by Camp land RV.
Scott listened to our purpose and use of what we wanted to do with our RV.
We gave him a budget. He never showed up anything that was over our budget,
he was never pushy and he was very patient with us. He made us feel like he
was a friend showing us our options. He found us the PERFECT RV in our budget
that fit our exact needs.
Kelly from finance walked us through the whole purchasing process and got us
a good loan. She was easy to work with, got back to us right away, and made a
stressful process pretty carefree. Kelso and Walt from the maintenance shop
are THE BEST. We probably tested their patience many times but they explained
everything to us thoroughly and multiple times without making us feel stupid or
rushed. Walt saved the day when he took the time, in 90 degree weather, to
show us the tricks to attach the hitch and the easiest ways to unhitch. I really
cant say enough about all the people we worked with at Camp Land RV. If we
ever get another one or know someone that is looking this is the ONLY place we
will go.

I want to thank you for a great experience at Campland. As you know I bought
the trailer sight unseen in person. I shared with you what was important to me
in a trailer and you matched what I wanted and needed in a trailer. I came from
New Jersey to your location and was very satisfied with my trailer. I am very
happy with my decision and I trusted your judgment. I recently went out on a
camping trip last month and had a wonderful time. In March I'm taking a
month-long trip from New Jersey to Florida with stops along the way visiting
friends and family cutting over to Texas to visit family going up to Oklahoma to
visit friends and stopping along the way visiting friends back to New Jersey. I
love my trailer with a passion and I thank you for such a great experience and
working with me and with financing my trailer. Thank you again.

We have been in our camper since we bought it, but have had it fully hooked
up for about a month now and we LOVE it!! Thanks again for your help during
the buying process!!

As promised, we wanted to send you the picture of our first camping trip in our
new RV. No catastrophic rookie mistakes to report (yay!), and the kids had an
absolute blast. Thanks for the part you played in helping our family make new
memories.

Just heading home from our first trip. Did 3 nights in Shawnee National Forest
in Southern Illinois. Really fun and a great time. Thanks again.

First Camping trip this year at Indiana Dunes State Park, thanks for a wonderful deal and
a Fantastic trade in on our 12 year old Keystone! We are looking at Many years
(camping trips) in this Jayco!

Attached is a pic of our first trip in our tt. I read your email and at first I figured
it was just words. Then, when I had the leak last week, I was expecting to be
given a hard time. When you set up the service, the trailer was fixed quickly
(and well) and Chelso even had a new table for us. I realized that you back up
your words and treat your customers like family. Thank you. By the way, I found
out my dad worked summers at Campland back in the late 60s. It really is my
family being helped by a family business.

Hi Scott, Kelly and Matt -

Just to let you all know what a delightful and professional service you all provided
to us in our search for the perfect camper that would fit our needs and
lifestyle. CampLand RV demonstrated the integrity and experience that guided
us to our recent purchase of a Grand Design Fifth Wheel.

We shopped since the fall of 2017 for a new fifth wheel, even went to the
Chicago Boat and RV Show in January 2018. We were met with inexperienced
sales and poor customer service.

At CampLand the reverse was true. Honest answers to honest questions. Even
after market add on that made the parking and driving of unit even better. The
result was the purchase of our new Grand Design Fifth Wheel.

Taking the fifth wheel to our home was easy, from pulling in the slides and
installing the rear parking device made the transaction from point of sale to
purchase easy and comfortable.

We will most certainly retain CampLand RV as our primary service and
maintenance facility in the future.
