different beneficiaries”.
The Venerable Dr. L Meshack T Mariri: Archdeacon to the Ordinary, currently a Council
member, together with Reverend Sbusiso Mkhize, a current parent, kicked off the
ceremony at Ikageng Old Age home with a prayer and a short message from Matthew
Chapter 18, before the teams got down to tackling their chores for the day.
In addition to the blankets, gifts, food
parcels and cleaning material, the
Department of Correctional Services
Choir performed with enthusiasm and
commitment and we should be really
proud of what Correctional Services are
doing especially when the sang “Happy
Birthday Tata”.
In the name of our late, great Father of our
nation, Nelson Mandela, I would like to
thank each and every one of you (parents,
students and staff) for your steadfast
dedication and commitment in providing
our beneficiaries, with hats, blankets
(donated, knitted and crochet) and socks.
It will definitely keep those less fortunate
warm during the winters to come.
