Parent-Teacher Consultations

Dear Parents

As you may have seen in the calendar, there are Parent-Teacher Consultations for the Form 3
parents on Monday 28 May. Included in the evening’s program is a discussion on the Form 3
Journey by Mr Desmond Turton.

The parent teacher consultations and the Form 3 Journey discussion will take place in the Todd
Learning Enhancement Centre.

The program for the evening will be as follows:

18h00 – 19h00: Parent- Teacher Consultations in the Todd LEC – no bookings required
19h00 – 19h30: Journey discussion in the Todd LEC
19h30 – 20h45: Parent- Teacher Consultations in the Todd LEC – by bookings only

A link will be placed on the communicator on Friday 25 May that will allow parents to make
bookings for the 19h30 to 20h45 session.

In order to maximize the time we have available, please try to keep your interaction with each
teacher within 8-10 minutes. If you need more time with any particular teacher, I would
encourage you to schedule a longer appointment on another day.

Mr. Turton will also be available after the journey discussion to answer any questions on the
Journey. If you are unable to attend the Journey discussion, please feel free to contact Mr.
Turton on [email protected]

Light refreshments will be available for the duration of the evening.

Please feel free to contact me if you require further clarity.

Kind regards

Mags
