Form 2 Parent-Teacher Consultations and Subject Choice Discussion

Dear Parents

As you may have seen in the calendar, there are Parent-Teacher Consultations for the Form
2 parents on Wednesday 12th September.

The meetings will take place in the Todd LEC (Todd Learning Enhancement Commons). The
proceedings will start at 18h00 and will take the following format:

1. 18h00 to 19h00: Parent-teacher consultations – no booking required
2. 19h00 to 19h30: Form 2 Subject choice discussion
3. 19h30 to 20h00: Question and Answer session
4. 20h00 to 21h00: Parent-teacher consultations – by booking only

As indicated above, there will be an online booking system in place but only for the 20h00
session. The link to this Google sheet will be uploaded onto the communicator on Monday 10
September.

I request that you try to keep your interaction with each teacher within the allotted 8-10
minutes. If you need more time with any particular teacher, please schedule a longer
appointment on another day.

Light refreshments will be available for the duration of the evening.
