Dear Parents

Parent-Teacher Consultations

As you may have seen in the calendar, there are Parent-Teacher Consultations for the Form 2
and Form 4 parents on Wednesday 13 June 2018.

The parent teacher consultations will take place in the Todd Learning Enhancement Centre.
Please note that your sons are encouraged to join and be part of the consultations.

There will also be a presentation by Dr Glynnis Moore on the College’s updated policy on
Bullying.

The program for the evening will be as follows:

18h00 – 19h00: Parent- Teacher Consultations in the Todd LEC – no bookings required
19h00 – 19h30: Presentation by Dr Glynnis Moore in the Staff Room in the Todd LEC
19h30 – 21h00: Parent- Teacher Consultations in the Todd LEC – by bookings only

A link will be placed on the communicator on Monday 11 June that will allow parents to make
bookings for the 19h30 to 21h00 session.

As preparation for the meeting, I would encourage you to have a conversation with your son
about his academic progress and to have a look at his books and/or his evidence of learning.

In order to maximize the time we have available, I would please ask that you try to keep your
interaction with each teacher within 8-10 minutes. If you need more time with any particular
teacher, I would encourage you to schedule a longer appointment on another day.

Light refreshments will be available for the duration of the evening.
