The latest box culvert project is another step in the
restoration of Traverse City’s favorite little creek. The
work is expected to be completed by early October and
is the first of several projects that will help alleviate the
flow of Kids Creek, according to Al.

“We still have problems to solve downstream before all
the flooding is cured,” he said. “But this will help those
who live upstream from these areas.”
