1. A detailed, written description of the project. This includes:

• The setup and prep work to be done.
• The specific brand and line of paint to be used, including selected sheen.
• The number of coats of primer and paint to be applied.

covers, proper masking, patching, priming.

3. Proof of insurance – verifiable evidence of insurance including liability and workers compensation.
