I hope this newsletter finds everyone well after a safe and festive Independence Day. We saw many of you
over the holiday weekend out enjoying the courses with family and friends and it was fantastic to see. We
were happy to be a part of your plans and appreciate you spending that time with us at YOUR COURSES!

The summer is flying by, and we have basically reached the halfway point of the South Dakota Golf season.
We have accomplished so many things in 2021 and I thought I would share just a few things behind the
scenes we have added to your courses, facilities, and operations this season to improve and provide a
better experience.

This offseason we added a new POS system at all three facilities that allows us to not require cards. The
system is quicker and more efficient not only for staff, but has streamlined the efficiency of checking in. In
addition, we added our new online tee time portal, online store, and website. These offerings have received
great feedback from the patrons for the simplicity it takes to use. It was certainly a huge undertaking for
staff and a lot to train and learn in 2021. They did a wonderful job and we do appreciate the patience shown
by all pass holders and patrons within the learning curve at the start of 2021. We appreciate it very much.

Elmwood Golf Course has implemented a new phone system that now provides more lines and services to
improve the customer experience with the amount of call volume we began to see in June. We have also
upgraded the practice facilities with bag racks, station dividers, club washers and garbage cans to enhance
the practice facilities.

Kuehn Park Golf Course has also seen some improvements in 2021. We have made a larger commitment to
stocking merchandise at the course for your convenience and will continue to do so. We also replaced the
patio awning at the back of the building and put in new exterior doors. We realize these things are
replacements, but they were needed and should help the function, look, and feel of the clubhouse for
everyone.

Prairie Green Golf Course the focus here over the past couple years has been and will continue to be cart
paths and bunkers. This spring we ripped out the warped asphalt path on #12 and put in a fresh concrete
path on #15 & #16 in June. Bunkers were renovated on #2 and #13. The biggest improvement was a fleet of
new carts with updated GPS units.

As always, we will continue to reinvest and strive to provide improvements to all three facilities so that we
can continue down the path of providing a great golf experience for our patrons. We appreciate each of you
for being a part of it and choosing to call the city courses, your HOME courses.

Let us hope Mother Nature continues to give us great golf weather the rest of the summer and fall. I look
forward to getting out and enjoying some golf myself. If anyone has a need for a fourth player in their
group, please give me a call. I would love to get out and play with you.
