It has been another odd winter here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Thankfully, we were playing
golf in December and with some help from mother nature we were able to play again this
March! Yes, it is hard to believe, but the 2021 season is here & we are excited to have you
playing with us once again.

The 2020 season was one for the memory books. Operating in the pandemic certainly had its
challenges for staff, patrons, and everyone. Despite the unique challenges we excelled in
keeping everyone as safe as possible. We did have amazing weather and a season that was
stretched out over nearly 10 months. That is certainly something us golfers in South Dakota
enjoyed and took advantage of.

It was a challenging and stressful season for staff, but they found a way to offer a great golf
experience and success in 2020 despite the pandemic. Staff was continually asked to change
and pivot directions and did so with amazing effort and attitude in providing safe, fun
recreation for the golfers of Sioux Falls and the region. The support this season from The City of
Sioux Falls, Landscapes Golf Management and YOU the pass holders and golfers of Sioux Falls
was nothing short of amazing. We appreciate you choosing to support US and YOUR city courses
very much.

I am super excited and proud to announce that SF Golf has been named FACILITY OF THE YEAR
among Landscapes Golf Management properties for 2020. LGM is the 5th largest golf
management company in the United States with over 60 properties and this honor is possible
because of the amazing support of the golfing community here in Sioux Falls. We share this
award with you the golfers that helped make it all possible. In addition to your support this
award could not have been achieved without the amazing dedication and hard work from the
many employees and the teams at Prairie Green, Kuehn Park, & Elmwood. We are blessed to
have so many great people working for us and providing the best golf experience we can offer
here in the great City of Sioux Falls.

Please join me in saying, "congratulations to our team" at the courses as we open for the 2021
season. We look forward to serving you as always! We. Are. Golf.

In 2020 we introduced the City Series. Our goal was to create events for every age & skill level to enjoy
at your three city courses. We would be lying if we said we weren't surprised by the turnout & positive
feedback we received from these unique events. So, this year we have added two new & exciting events
to the City Series calendar presented by Coors Light!

The first NEW event will be the Night on the East Nine presented by Harris Law on May 28th. This one
of a kind glow ball event will tee off when the sun goes down. The second NEW event will be a party you
won't want to miss! On July 16th we're playing the Fast Five Under the Lights at Elmwood! You don't
want to miss this event featuring golf, food, a beer garden, & live music from Caskmates. If you're a
night owl these events are for you!

Last year our friends at Wildflower Construction & The Event Company hosted our three Couples
Themed events. This year they are back & will be better than ever! The first is Couples Trivia Night on
June 11th at Prairie Green. You, your significant other, & another couple will use your knowledge on the
course to help improve your team score. On July 23rd you'll play 9-holes at Prairie Green, but afterwards
you'll think you're a high-roller in Vegas during Couples Casino Night. The third & final Couples Night is
really an end of the year celebration on August 13th. Our Tailgate Extravaganza features 9-holes of golf,
food, drinks, & live music once again from Caskmates all in the Prairie Green parking lot! These events
filled very fast in 2020, so get your team registered right away in 2021! Registration for eachcity Series
event will be two weeks prior to the event.

If you are looking for something more competitive, we have that too. If you earn enough points in
these events you may qualify for the Mayor's Cup! The City Series tees up on May 8th with the
Cleveland/Srixon Scramble at Elmwood. Each player in this tournament will receive a Cleveland Zipcore
wedge of their choice! Another Mayor Cup qualifier is the Ultimate 2-Person Challenge presented by
Miller Lite on June 19th at The Wood. This event will challenge you & your partner across all 27-holes at
Elmwood with three different formats, all in one day. We will crown the top players in the city with the
two-day City Championship at the end of June & the Couples Championship on August 28th thanks to
Kinesio Care Center.

Don't think we forgot about the kids. Our partners at Sioux Falls Audiology Associates will be once
again hosting our two Adult/Junior events this season. The first will be at Kuehn Park on June 13th for
the Alternate Shot & the second on August 1st for the BIG Cup at Elmwood on the East Nine. Each kid
will receive prizes, food, & lifetime memories with their favorite golfer.

Our City Series motto this year is "Fun Fore Everyone" & we hope to achieve that with the help from
our sponsors & support from our amazing golf community. Remember this is your city, these are your

We have teamed up with our friends at Surly to bring you eight competitive events on the
Sioux Falls Golf Tour schedule. Some of these tournaments like the Big Cup Open, The
Revenges, & The FLOG have been staples on our calendar for years. However, we have
added a few new events & put a twist on some of the classics.

The 2020 City Champion & 2020 Match-Play Champion, Nate Houser, came up with the
idea for the Go Low Challenge. This unique event will have all players play from the red tees
with the pins all located in the center of the greens to challenge players of all skill levels to
go as low as they can. The Swing for Students event will raise funds for our student
scholarship award. After decades of the Concrete Open founder Max Barnett Sr. has
retired, so there is no better way to send him off than one last hurrah at Elmwood!

These events are for men & women of all skill levels and ages 18+. You must have an
active GHIN to participate. Thanks to Surly we will have great specials on beverages as well
a sizeable prize purse for each of these events in 2021! All our events will open for
registration two weeks before the event date. We look forward to seeing you out on tour
this season!
