EDITOR'S NOTE March | 2019

Dear Influencers,

Every year, International Women's Day takes place on 8th March, but we didn't want
just one day to celebrate powerful women - so this month is focused on the amazing
women throughout history who have shaped our world.

There's still time to participate in our Women's History Month contest, and the details of
this can be found in this issue of the magazine. Plus, we have a special feature on the
women that you - our community - have suggested as the greatest living women in
New Zealand.

You also provided some great tips in the past month on how to save money, so be sure
to check out the Toluna Tips pages as well.

Keep Influencing Your World!

A REDESIGNED HEADER &

NOTIFICATIONS TOOL

We have moved the Rewards Centre link out from the "Community" menu, and it now
sits on its own in the website header. This may be a simple change, but we hope it

makes navigating the site easier - especially for new members who are unsure of
where to redeem their points.

The notifications tool has also been redesigned, so that you can start a survey as soon

as you're notified. In addition, it is much clearer and easier now to see votes and activity
on your content. However, we are aware that links to content posts from your
notifications are still not opening properly, and we are working on fixing this as soon as
possible.

If you do encounter problems with the site whenever there is an update, please first clear
your browser cookies and cache, then try again. We've also found that using a private or
incognito browser window can eliminate some of the slowness that may occur.

sign up.
2. Answer at least 1 survey in the 30 days preceding the draw.

SHOW US WHAT YOU

GET OUT OF TOLUNA!

You may not have won the Toluna Millionaire lottery (yet!), but most of you have received
rewards - after all, we process up to $15,000 (NZD) worth of rewards for Kiwi members
each month!

So, we'd love to see exactly what you get out of Toluna. Post a Topic using the
#TolunaWins hashtag as the title, and share a photo and a short description of your

rewards and prizes. Better still, show us what you've bought with the gift cards and PayPal
cash. You could even get some points for this! For inspiration, here are some posts from
around the world. Now it's your turn New Zealand!

MARCH HIGHLIGHTS

In 1975, the UN officially recognised International Women’s Day on 8th March,
and Women’s History Month is a further extension of that. On Toluna this
month, we're celebrating the achievements and progress made by women

around the world, as well as discussing some issues that women face in today's
society. In our special contest, you could also win some big bonuses!

PART 1:

From 1st to 22nd March, we will post a poll every Monday, Wednesday and
Friday with a trivia question about women’s history. You’ll receive 15 points for
voting on each poll, but if you get the most correct answers and participate in

the most surveys between 1-22 March, you’ll win 30,000 bonus points! The top
10 members will receive this bonus.

To see all polls login to Toluna and check the “Recommended” feed, or select

“Sponsored content” from the “Surveys” menu. Please note that each poll will
close after 24 hours or on the next business day.

MARCH HIGHLIGHTS

PART 2:

Check out the Sliding Puzzle game on our Games page (select “Games” from
the “Community” menu). If you can complete the puzzle within 2 minutes, we’ll
double the points that you earn from surveys during that week/round.

Each new round starts at the following times, and each round will have a
different puzzle image:
8th March at 3pm AEDT / 5pm NZDT

15th March at 3pm AEDT / 5pm NZDT
The game will end on 22nd March at 3pm AEDT / 5pm NZDT.

You only need to complete the puzzle once during each round - so if you

manage to do it early on, focus on completing more surveys to take full
advantage of the double points!

OTHER GAMES

With Summer officially over,
we had to retire the Summer
Spinner, but it's been replaced
the the Daily Toluna Wheel -
which you can play every day
for the rest of the year! Try your

luck and win! I've you've won in
any of our games, feel free to
post about it and include
#TolunaWIns in the title.

TOLUNA TIPS:

HOW TO SAVE MONEY

In past month, Toluna Influencers in Australia and New Zealand have been
sharing their tips for saving money. We all struggle with finances sometimes,
so hopefully these suggestions will be helpful to you!
