Dear Influencers,


August on Toluna is all about family! We want to encourage you to spend more quality
time with your family and loved ones. Whether that means having meaningful
conversations with your immediate family, catching up with distant relatives, or

surrounding yourself with friends - now is a great time to do it! That's why we have the
Family Time contest this month. Keep reading to find out more and to participate.

We have a fun new game to test your

memory and exercise your brain between
surveys. You could also win some bonus
points each week!


Simply flip over the cards two at a time,
and match the pairs before time runs out.
The game will automatically score you
based on the time taken to match pairs

and the number of flips. There are three
levels, and you could win points by being
among the top scorers on each level.



Level 3 can get quite tricky, but practice makes perfect - so have a go each day and you could

land at the top of the leaderboard every week!

LEVEL 1: The top 50 members each week with the highest scores on this level will
receive 300 points each

LEVEL 2: The top 30 members each week with the highest scores on this level will

receive 500 points each

LEVEL 3: The top 10 members each week with the highest scores on this level will

receive 1000 points each




The cut off for each week is Friday at 5pm AEST.
After the cut off, points will be credited to all
winners.

Family is important all of us in the Toluna Team, and we know how much you love your family
and spending time with them. For August, we’re giving away an experience voucher, so that

you can enjoy an activity and quality time with your loved ones. Have high tea with the
grandkids, a day at the zoo, a cooking class or even a helicopter ride – there are lots of great
experiences that you can cherish and remember for years to come!


To win the $200 Red Balloon voucher, complete the various Family Time tasks that we are
posting on Toluna.com throughout August. The tasks are posted every Monday and Thursday,
and the member who completes the most tasks will win the prize.

UPDATES TO THE WEBSITE



There have been some subtle tweaks to the website lately, so here are the most important

things to note


THE HIDE BUTTON RETURNS! After a brief hiatus, the
Hide button is available

again, so you can hide
posts to your hearts
content! If you were

happy to have the Report
button, don't worry - this
is still available and now
resides next to Hide.

As a reminder, content should only be reported if it is spam, inappropriate or abusive. If it is
simply something you don't agree with, it's much easier to just hide it and move on.



PASSWORD BUG FIX



In an effort to make your accounts more
secure and prevent your points being used
without your knowledge, you'll be asked to
enter your current password whenever

you redeem a reward or update your login
settings.

When this was initially implemented, there

was an issue with accounts that were
created and accessed via Facebook login.
This has now been fixed, and affected users
shouldn't have any further issues with

making redemptions. If you do still
encounter issues, please don't hesitate to
contact us.

status is "processed" on your Rewards page. They can sometimes be delivered to your
junk/spam folders, so please check those as well.

If you redeem GiftPax, Caltex, BWS, or
Wish e-gift cards, please check the
Rewards page in your Toluna account. If the

redemption was made earlier than two
months ago, please adjust the date range and
include the date of redemption. Then click the

"Show" button. If the redemption has been
processed, you will see either the e-gift card
code and details, or a link to a printable e-gift
