REFLEXOLOGY
A form of massage therapy that

and treat illness by focusing on
reflex points located on our
hands, feet, and head that are

SAUNA

Lemon essential oil is a completely

home health remedy. It’s extracted from
the peel of fresh lemons through steam
extraction, or less often, through a “cold-
pressing” process that pricks and rotates
the peel as oil is released. Lemon essential
oil is used to treat exhaustion, depression,
to cleanse the skin, to kill harmful viruses
and bacteria, and to reduce inflammation.

The essential oil of the lily flower is used
in aromatherapy to treat individuals
