Rangkap 1:
Sang gembala kuda ialah seorang lelaki yang
gagah. Berbekalkan keberanian yang dimilikinya,
dia dengan angkuh merembat kuda dengan
menggunakan cemeti untuk menakutkan kuda-
kuda itu sambil menghalau kuda-kuda yang
sedang berada di padang bersegera balik ke
kandang.

Rangkap 2:
Sementara itu, rumput dan jerami
merupakan makanan yang lazim
terhidang dan akan dimakan oleh kuda-
kuda ketika lapar. Setelah kenyang,
kuda-kuda itu tidak peduli akan nasib
mereka dijadikan kuda tunggangan untuk
menjejaki kuda-kuda yang lain.

Rangkap 3:
Dengan kuasa yang ada padanya dan apabila
sesekali bersuara nyaring, sang gembala kuda
begitu berani dan yakin menunggang kuda-kuda
itu menempuh segala rintangan dan kepayahan.
Dia bijak menggunakan tipu helahnya dengan
berpura-pura sebagai penyelamat maruah yang
kononnya berjuang atas dasar kebenaran dan
menentang segala penipuan.

Rangkap 4:

Sang gembala kuda ialah seorang lelaki yang
hanya ingin mengetahui kepantasan larian
kudanya tanpa mempedulikan kepenatan kuda
itu. Sang gembala kuda juga hanya tahu
mengejar kejayaan tanpa mengambil kira
kesengsaraan kuda itu. Sang gembala kuda hanya
mementingkan diri apabila kuda-kuda itu terus
ditunggangi berulang-ulang kali tanpa rasa belas.

TEMA

Kekuasaan penjaga kuda dan penganiayaan
tenaga haiwan yang dilakukannya terhadap
kuda-kuda tunggangannya. Berbekalkan kuasa
yang dimiliki, dengan angkuh dan berani,
penjaga kuda berjaya menakutkan serta
mengawal kuda-kudanya kembali ke kandang.
Penjaga kuda hanya mementingkan diri dan
sanggup menggunakan sepenuh tenaga kuda-
kudanya tanpa mempedulikan nasib haiwan
tunggangannya itu.
