existing protocols to be followed.

Lightning Protection System X Michael Jackson Section 5 part 5.11 Annual test and observational inspection of all connections and down
conductors. Observational checks following lightning strike.

Weekly operational checks. Monthly checks. 3 Monthly full functional test. This

Access / CCTV XXX Openview Section 4 part 4.6 system is an extension grafted onto the existing Clarendon System. Trust

existing protocols to be followed.

Structured Cabling System X Dataflow Section 4 part 4.7 Check set up/connections & clean cabinet. Visual inspection of cabling and
outlets. Structured cabling emanates from existing Cabinet in CD void

Weekly / Monthly / Annual inspection Required. Due to the specialist nature of

UPS / IPS XX X X Bender Section 4 part 4.4 & 4.5 equipment Trust is advised to enter into a service agreement with an

appropriate specialist.

BAM AFTERCARE

BAM Aftercare Manager Post Handover Courtesy Visit Sign BAM Aftercare Manager will meet with the client team on a Quarterly basis
Offs discuss the maintenance schedule and will require proof that the elements
noted have been done in order to sign of this section.

This is a guide for the 12 months inspections to ensure all equipment seeks to function correctly and does not invalidate any warranties. The user is responsible for their own 12 months maintenance plan and service. All

maintenance work must be carried out by a suitably trained and qualified person. RAMS need to be in place before starting any maintenance work.
