Financial Plan & Terms:

All new construction is paid in three payments. 1/3 when you sign your reservation form; 1/3 when
the roof is on and the last 1/3 when you pick up your keys to your new home.

At Heritage Point, $100,000 of the residency fee is guaranteed as a refund back to you when you
depart the home. 30% of the residency fee is earned upon move-in by Berkeley Square. The
difference declines over ten years at 10% per year.
