Annual Appeal 2019 - Residents

Community First Solutions

At Community First, we draw from the inspiration of our founder, Addie
Cullen, who—more than a century ago—gifted her residence to become a
home where active and independent older adults could live as a family. The
community she built played a vibrant and active part in their downtown
Hamilton neighborhood. Addie’s vision was championed over the years by
other Butler County residents with a passion for innovation and a vision for
their community.

This one gift has grown exponentially through the decades, pioneering new
and diverse programs to support the evolving needs of our friends and
neighbors. Today, you turn to Community First because you know that our
network of resources can provide the solutions you need.

Whether you rely on Meals on Wheels deliveries or need 5-star therapy after
surgery; whether you need access to affordable prescriptions, want to provide
a strong start in early education for your child, or call Berkeley Square or
Westover home— you know that you can count on Community First to meet
your ever changing needs.

One individual’s vision that inspires others can revolutionize an entire
community. That collective impact permeates thousands of clients, dozens
of programs, and hundreds of employees, all connected by Community First.

TOGETHER WE MAKE A

Your home is your community, a place where your friends and family
gather.

Home is about bringing soup to a neighbor who is under the weather.
It’s about the friendships you make with the caring staff. It’s working
out with your neighbors at Elements. It’s bonding with a new
generation as grand-friends at the Colonial School. It’s all the little
things that become the best life you can live with the people that you
love.

You’ve seen, in your own lives, the lives of your family members, and
the lives of your neighbors, how much Community First Solutions
offers beyond the borders of your neighborhood. With individual
gifts to Community First, you create a ripple effect of positive growth
in your community and beyond.

When you give back to the place you call home, you are part of our
collective impact.

Having dependable, wonderful
staff, like our Colonial at Home
caregivers, gives us peace of
mind and comfort in our home.
They’ve become our family.

I am surrounded by neighbors,
nursing staff, and Elements
trainers who care about
me. They care so much that
they even visited me at
Jamestowne when I was there
for therapy. I am truly blessed
to call Westover my home.

<SALUTATION>,

By giving to Community First, you make our entire network of care
stronger, to support you and your neighbors even more. We’ve seen
how much you care for your neighbors in all the little ways: saying
“hello,” laughing over a meal, and sharing your story of making this
place your home. Your gift can be directed to a program that has
touched you profoundly or can be used where it is needed most to
help us continue a legacy of impact together.

Please consider being part of our collective impact by making a
donation today.

My mom loves her neighbors.
Staff take a personal interest -
and from a son’s perspective
- it gives me a real peace of
mind. You can tell that there
are so many bonds in the local
community, and people really
feel the closeness here.
