Pada asalnya, pendorong utama saya untuk berjaya adalah ibu
bapa saya, saya mahu membantu mereka dari segi kewangan
dan berniat untuk membelikan sebuah kereta untuk bapa
saya. Namun setelah bergelar Pengarah Jualan, niat saya ingin
membantu lebih ramai Perunding Kecantikan untuk mencapai
impian mereka dalam Mary Kay dan mengubah hidup mereka
ke arah yang lebih selesa. Setiap kejayaan itu ada ujian dan
cabarannya, yang penting set minda anda. Apabila kita berusaha
pasti ada rezeki, niat kena betul, apa saja cabaran yang datang
kita kena bersikap positif. Untuk berjaya bukan mudah tapi
jangan putus asa, tetap fokus dan percaya pada diri sendiri.

SD NORZIHAN MOHD NORDIN

Cabaran terbesar adalah diri saya sendiri. Perasaan malas dan
penat memang sangat mempengaruhi hasil yang akan saya
perolehi. Justeru itu, perkara pertama yang saya buat adalah
membetulkan set minda saya. Saya mula membuat ‘Goal Poster’
yang saya akan tenung setiap pagi. Malah rutin harian saya
juga turut berubah. Saya menjdi seorang yang lebih berdisiplin
dan sangat bekerja rapat dengan pemimpin dan sentiasa
coaching. Dari situ saya mendapat hasil yang konsisten selama
6 bulan adalah mencapai Career Car dan melahirkan Perunding
Kecantikan yang berkualiti.

Pencapaian ini merupakan lambang kepada kejayaan saya dan
unit kesayangan saya iaitu Queency Swan Unit. Dalam musim
pandemik covid 19 ini, mungkin agak sukar tetapi berkat usaha
keras dan kerjasama warga QSU, kami akhirnya menjadi salah
satu unit pencapai Career Car. Terima kasih kepada semua
warga QSU, pelanggan yang sentiasa menyokong kami dan
juga syarikat Mary Kay atas penghargaan ini. Harapan saya

Since the start of the pandemic in February 2020, we are faced with intermittent
lockdowns. Covid-19 has accelerated our selling activities online and thus, it is time
to reinvent the way we work.

Our Beauty Centre in Penang has been severely underutilised since the start of the
pandemic, and we do not foresee an increase in the centre’s utilisation in the near
future. Based on the consumer research done by Visa in September 2020 (Malaysian
data), majority of the respondents have stated that they will avoid crowded places
and the use of shared services post-Covid. Hence, the management has decided not
to continue the occupancy of the Beauty Centre in Penang. Instead, we will redeploy
the resources to organise more activities to support our sales force in the northern
region such as Pink Best Party, Sales Director meetings and MK Boss events.

This arrangement is made in the best interest of our sales force. Let’s work together
to reinvent the way we operate, which is to leverage on our mobile and digital
infrastructures that support your daily income generating activities; while not
forgetting to meet face-to-face to socialise and bond with others from time-to-time.

REOPENING OF BEAUTY CENTRE

Good news ! We are glad to announce the reopening of all our beauty centres in
Malaysia from 1st December 2021 to serve you better.

Operation hours of our beauty centres will be as usual.
As your safety is our priority, please observe the following SOPs at all times while using the

training room in beauty centres :

• All Independent Beauty Consultants and customers must scan MySejahtera before entering the beauty centres.
• Only Independent Beauty Consultants and and customers who are fully vaccinated and with Low Risk or Casual

Contact Low Risk in MySejahtera are allowed to enter.
• Those with body temperatures exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius are NOT ALLOWED to enter.
• Strictly no overcrowding in training rooms, otherwise your future training room bookings may be cancelled.
• Must maintain physical distance of at least 1 metre entering or leaving their premises.
• Everyone in the room must wear face masks at all times, only the speaker is exempted.
• Booking of training rooms can be made vis Sales Development Team or room booking apps.
• Hand sanitisers will be placed at the entrance of the beauty centres.
• Our product testing area shall remain closed until further notice.
