Who is Flair?

Flair Airlines began in 2005 in Kelowna, B.C.

Flair Airlines Ltd. is a privately owned Canadian charter airline based in Kelowna, B.C.
Flair Air’s management team combines extensive industry experience with a
commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction to create a safe, reliable, and
economic flying experience.

Our mission is to provide sky high service and an economic travel experience to our
customers. We do this by continuously committing to professionalism and customer
satisfaction to create a safe, reliable, and economic flying experience.

Flair Airlines supplies large aircraft contract and ad hoc charter services. Prior to
establishing Flair, its owner, Jim Rogers, spent over 35 years working in partnership with
Barry Lapointe to build Kelowna Flightcraft (now KF Aerospace) into one of Canada’s
largest multi-disciplined aviation organizations. In 2003 Mr. Rogers recognized a market
opportunity to develop a charter company focused on providing customized lift for
commercial users and, since then, has drawn on his industry experience and
relationships to achieve this goal.

Flair Air, has the experience, record of accomplishment, national flight maintenance
infrastructure and information management systems to provide safe, reliable and cost
effective passenger charter, ACMI charter and workforce transportation services to a
wide range of clients.

Flair Air currently possesses licenses to operate both domestic and international large
aircraft charters and is currently operating five B737-400.

Flair Air is certified to operate passenger charter services worldwide.

Flair Airlines Announces Purchase
of NewLeaf Travel Company Assets

KELOWNA, BC - June 7, 2017
Flair Airlines Ltd. (Kelowna, BC) today announced that it has completed the purchase of
NewLeaf Travel Company’s assets; establishing itself as Canada’s third National Airline,
providing service coast to coast.

NewLeaf has been selling ultra-low airfares in Canada since the summer of 2016. As a ticket
reseller, NewLeaf has offered Canadians the option of travelling for less money than other Air
Carriers. Flair Airlines has been an integral part of this service providing all of the flight operation
services.

The purchase of NewLeaf’s assets establishes Flair’s new position as a low fare national airline in
Canada. The combination of NewLeaf’s marketing, selling and distribution engine along with
Flair’s aviation expertise will continue to provide Canadians with the most affordable air travel
options available.

Expansion is planned for new destinations beginning this year, plus the fall and winter domestic
schedule will be released shortly.

“As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our partners, employees
and customers to make the integration process as smooth as possible,” stated Jim Rogers,
President and CEO of Flair Airlines.

Passengers will continue to receive the same exemplary service they have come to expect with
Flair. There will be no disruption of service and the current schedule will continue to be
operated as planned. To book tickets, customers will continue to visit gonewleaf.ca or call 1 204
888 2665.

As part of the NewLeaf program Flair has transported over 250,000 passengers from coast to
coast, completing more than 2200 flights. Throughout this time, Canadians have experienced
Flair’s excellent standards in service and performance.
“This acquisition will build on the strengths of both companies and now we are truly committed to
providing the lowest possible fares as Canada’s newest national airline,” stated Rogers.
