INTRODUCTION

The younger generation today is an important
asset to a country. They are those who will lead

the country in the future. Therefore, cross-
cultural programmes are suitable to be held in
order to shape the thinking of future generations.
Cultural exchanges with foreign countries are

able to foster the spirit of national love and
competitiveness towards glocal individuals.



The diversity of cultures between countries is
definitely something interesting to learn as each

race and nation has their own unique and
distinctive culture. It is this mutual acceptance and
understanding of differences that will bridge the
gap in differences and shape the strength of ethnic

diversity.
