Market will open mixed today because people are unsure if Jay Powell will
announce today the Fed will begin tapering or will wait. James Bullard said
this morning the Fed should start tapering and complete the taper by end of
Q1 2021 because inflation has been too high for too long.

BNTX $371, down $5. This should run today. BNTX and PFE are trying to
get the boosters to people within 6 months of having the vaccine rather than
Biden’s plan of 8 months.

COST $449.49, down $1. The stock is still trending upward. A resistance
level is $467 so nothing to worry about here.

NVDA $221, down $0.29. Very bullish week. nothing to worry about.

WSM blew away their earnings and it’s up $26. $197. We kept looking at it
in the $150s.. darn.

This daily chart of BABA is showing that it is bearish and could drop another
15+ Points.

The market opened up. Jay Powell is speaking in 10 mins about his decision
to taper or not. Sounds like they will not begin tapering yet. VIX is down 6%
to 17.74.

BNTX $364 cost $379 down $5 today down $25k. China is slowing down
approval of covid vaccines like BNTX and NVAX because they want to use
their own “homegrown” shots. BNTX is looking into manufacturing the
vaccine in Africa. E Trade says it’s “in play” but that’s not helping the price
today.

COST $448 down $1 today.

NVAX $227 down $3 today. This is trending bullish. It’s resistance target is
$262.

The nasdaq opened up 50 and the dow opened down 20. VIX is up 1%
16.61.

BNTX $350, down $8/NVAX $225, down $2 - Japan claims that “foreign
substances” were found in MRNA vaccine. This is sparking movement
lower in the vaccine stocks in the pre market. It sounds like the FDA will
approve the vaccine for kids under 12 in September and they will be able to
get vaccinated by October.

GS $420 up $0.17.. new 52 wk high!! - BoA updated price target $440.
Jeffries updated price target $450. The chart is bullish with a resistance at
$473.

AMZN $3365, up $15- We are positive finally! AMZN patterned with
Affirm to offer pay over time option on Amazon. Baird updated price target
$4000.

NVDA $228, up $2 new 52 wk high!! - Elon Musk opposes NVDA merger
with Arm due to hurting competition

NVDA acquired Mellanox in 2020 and they have created the data processing
unit chip - it offloads networking tasks which frees central processing units
to run application and boosts data center performance and security.
Mellanox is located in Israel.

The Grace CPU chip will launch in 2023 that will be energy efficient and
deliver 10x performance of today’s fastest servers.

Data Center Market will be $100B by 2024 and NVDA is the leader and can
capitalize on this growing market

27% of Revenue comes from Taiwan, 22% comes from
Mainland China, and 19% comes from US.

COST $451, up $1 - 820k pounds of antipasto meats were recalled due to
salmonella

IEP $54.53, down $0.19- dividend pay date 9/29.

PZZA $124, down $0.80 - SeekingAlpha suggests taking profits over $125
because its trading at 36x 2022 earnings estimates. PZZA revenue hit a new
high in Q2. I do not believe this takes into account the strong CEO and the
continuing record setting year they are having.

CVX $98.85, up $0.20 - Hurricane Ida has shut down oil production
temporarily. I believe the hurricane has been categorized to a tropical storm
this morning so hopefully the damage will be minimal. The chart is
uncertain not looking bullish or bearish but in the longer term we can
definitely hit 30%+ gains + 5% dividend.

WYNN $101, flat - Macau is easing up on their tourist restrictions and
Wynn Bet secured online sports betting license in Arizona. This should help
Wynn continue moving higher.

The market is going to open slightly lower due to US leaving Afghanistan and
the uncertainty of oil production effected by the hurricane.

BNTX $343, down $2 - MRNA vaccine created more than double the
antibodies than BNTX but a CDD panel unanimously recommended
PFE/BNTX vaccine for 16 and older. Also, the CDC and FDA are planning to
allow all Americans to receive the PFE/BNTX booster in 3 weeks. My
suggestion is to hold tight.

NVDA $226.25 down $0.60 - No news today but yesterday Elon Musk said
he opposed NVDA merging with Arm.

AMZN $3415 down $6 after a big up day yesterday.

CVX $98.14, down $0.25 - I have read that the impact on oil and gas from the
hurricane was mild. I think it’s okay because this isn’t a quick flip for us if
anything it’s a reason to add shares before it goes to $100+

ARKK $121.76, down $1. Not much buying/selling yesterday in the main
fund. She did sell 15,000 shares of BABA in her autonomous technology
fund, ARKQ. She bought more PFE in her Genomics fund,
ARKG and She bought more JD (40k shares) and Z (1400 shares) in her
Finance Fund, ARKF.

COST $456, up $0.32. The chart is bullish with resistance at $467. They will
report earnings on 9/23.

NVDA $227 down $1.34- The EU is still opposing their deal with Arm. over
the past few weeks there has been much opposition to the Arm deal but no
solution or action.

PZZA $129 down $1.40- They are going to raise money but offering $400
M in senior notes due in 2029.

CRWD $272.60 down $5- recent upgrades have price targets at $300+

CVX $97.52 flat. Saudi Arabia cut crude contract prices for Asia and this led
to a drop in oil prices.

The futures are slightly lower. Dow futures down 30 and nasdaq futures are
down 7. Vix is up 0.40 to 18.56. Goldman sachs lowered their expectation
on US GDP to grow 5.7% this year vs 6% previously forecasted.

NVDA $225 down $1- it is up 74% YTD but P/E has actually declined 5%
to 81 because earnings are growing faster than the share price. Jeffries
upgraded last week with a $260 price target.

PZZA $130 down $0.30- they are raising money by issuing $400 M in
senior notes. Oppenheimer upgraded this week with a $140 price target.

BUD $59 down $0.55- Recently J.p. morgan downgraded to sell with a $57
price target. The stock is trading where is was in March 2021. We know that
this is a reopening play and probably will build some momentum later this
year as reopening continues.

GS $410 down 0.32- 10 year is slightly lower 1.351 down 0.02.

CRWD $269.50 down $0.18 - released an annual report about hacker
activities. There has been a 60% increase in hacking attempts this year.
Their software Falcon has the ability to see and stop the most complex
hackers and threats.

KHC $35.75 flat- They will pay $62m to settle an investigation with the
SEC over an accounting violation.

MNDY is up $19, $399 this afternoon. I believe it is up because one of the
bigger companies in this industry PATH reported strong earnings today but
had weak guidance and the stock is down almost 10% to its 52 wk low $56.

BABA $167, down $3 in the pre market because Chinese government
is trying to get gaming companies to focus less on making a profit and
more on preventing gaming addiction.
Yesterday Ray Dalio said that Chinese companies are too big to
ignore. China would force companies to list on local markets before
they are forced to delist by the US so the threat of Chinese companies
having to delist over accounting/sec violations continues to lessen.

BUD $58, down $1- SAM is down 9% due to uncertainty in the
seltzer market and this is weighing on BUD because they have
seltzers as well.

CVX $96, down $0.50- Announced today that they are investing in
inedible corn to produce aviation fuel.

CRWD $264.30, down $1- They were added to the Nasdaq 100 at the
end of August. CRWD gained 10% in August so this is a short term
dip currently. CRWD will rise when the Nasdaq has a green day.

PZZA $128, down $0.20

FTNT $308, down $1- Honestly the $3 EPS and P/E 99 aren’t terrible.
There are only 163M shares outstanding and they beat earnings every
quarter. It’s definitely an interesting play to have CRWD and FTNT
since they are competitors. News of a “hack” would send both of
these stocks higher and would be an opportunity to sell.

NET $128, down $0.30- They i’m don’t make any money and it’s
very overvalued. I would aim to make $10k and move on. You can
update the sell price to $135.40.

AMZN $3529, up $3 - they are now the largest apparel and shoe
sellers in the US

NVDA $224 up $0.53.

The EU will make a ruling on NVDAs $40b deal to buy ARM by
10/13.

The deal has to be done by 9/2022 or else NVDA will owe Softbank
$1.25B.
